Alright, so, guys... I've got a problem. A rather serious one.
For one, I discovered the reason for save game slowdown that occurs as you progress in the game. It involves a little place I like to call....
Hell.
Yes, folks, that's right. Skyrim has a hell. I'd imagine it's some sort of way to remove bodies that can't be removed normally (Quest characters and things, as that's who I found there).
See, these people (or, corpses, rather) just sit there, in the flashing purple/green room, unable to escape. Which poses a problem for me.
I need Belethor back. He's alive and well in hell, but I need him back in the overworld, so he can sell me his nonexistent sister. However, I can't seem to get the player.placeatme command working with his object ID.
Any help?
Check UESP for his refID.
spoilers for those who haven't finished the main quest I guess

>on that place right before Sovngarde
>fought my way through endless Draugr using only my fists of viking fury
>finally get to the top
>fighting Dragon Mage right before portal
>he's already at half health when I get there for some reason
>Fus Ro Dah the Draugr Deathlord off the edge to kill him, being the only other cool way to kill something other than with your fists
>turn around to fight Mage
>Run up and begin punching the shit out of him
>He's on his last legs
>Throw what surely and undeniably was the final punch
>Monitor disconnects from my shitty homemade desktop
>No known way to get it back up without restarting
[del]>suddenly spaghetti starts falling out of my pocket[/del]
Long story short,
I've found that when my monitor starts bugging out, using shit+alt to switch to another window (i'll keep a folder or something open for this), then switching back solves the problem, even in the cases where the monitor stops responding entirely.
Why are Glass equipment called Glass?
Because Glass equipment are made of Glass.
Why are glass no break?
Why are glass no break?
Because glass is actually disguised Malachite or whatever it is.
Why are Glass equipment called Glass?
Originally? Because they were studded with Glass made from the ash of the Red Mountain. Now?
Ffffuck knows!
Will have to consider going Demoknight in Skyrim.
Why are glass no break?
rare and special volcano glass i.e. the same reason Ebony isn't wood
Does the guy making the dragonbone weapons have a site or a thread on the official forums?

BUT THE ONE THEY FEAR
Favourite method of attacking?
I like opening a fight with a FIYAH BAWL and running in with a sword.
Depends on my character. For my current sword and shield fighter; giving them a mighty whack with the shield and then swinging my sword like I was trying to swat a whole cloud of flies, with a little sprinkling of shouting when I remember to.
With my assassin, I usually try to kill off a few with the bow, then sneak up to and backstab the last guy. If they're all isolated, then I backstab them all. When detected, backpedalling with the bow until they get close, then I use the elemental speed shout and have at them with my dual daggers.
With my mage; lightning bolts are the basic attack for all creatures. If they have a resistance to that, then I change to ice bolts or fire bolts. For large groups I go for chain lightning; for resistant little bastids it's let loose with the fireballs and ice storms. If I run out of mana and potions I use my fists (heavy armour punching perk bonus)
what quest is it were u get that skull dragon? I done it but I dont remember which it is
what quest is it were u get that skull dragon? I done it but I dont remember which it is
Do you mean, fighting a skeletal dragon, or getting a dragon's skull? If the first one [sp]a quest for the Mage's Guild has you delving into Labyrinthian to fetch the Staff of Magnus, early into it you fight a skeletal dragon (who is even more pathetically weak than other dragons)[/sp]

I nearly crapped myself when I saw it and decided it'd be best I just sneaked past it :v:
I nearly crapped myself when I saw it and decided it'd be best I just sneaked past it :v:
It really is pathetically weak, so you shouldn't have any trouble beating it. I damn near shat myself too, when I saw the thing. I was certainly not expecting a [sp]dragon underground, especially in an ancient tomb city that had been sealed off for god knows how long.[/sp]
In my opinion, it should've been a lot stronger than it was.
Skeletal dragons are actually a bit weak. I checked the uesp before going in there because I'm a total wuss and found out those dragons are a bit easy. You can actually fight one above ground if you interrupt Alduin while he is waking up a dragon.

Get away from my workbench!
I think by this point if anybody in this thread hasn't finished the main quest at least once yet and is sticking around then that's their problem
I haven't beaten the main quest, but I've got armor that could deflect a missile.
I have a terrible habit of stating new characters all the time, so I haven't advanced that far in the main quest in any of them. But i've done side quests to the point that one of my characters has legendary dual-enchanted Daedric.
Get away from my workbench!
Someone should make a possessed workbench or forge in a dungeon somewhere. Everytime the player tried to use the forge, a face pops out of it and starts shouting at the player/flinging shit and/or fireballs at them.
Will there be a way to make it so if an enemy sees a body (that isn't an already-dead-before-you-got-there one or an enemy) they go into a permenant searching phase?

Instakill the people who don't notice the sign under the lock. Would make for some immersion.

Check Thalmor controlled areas. You can try looking for patrols, or you could travel to one of their forts which is in the north-west corner of the map.
