If there is none, it goes past like a lubed salmon. Mods that have dialogue but no sound to go with it usually fix this by packaging a blank sound file with a suitably long length to allow time to read it.

I kinda want more scripted finishers for unarmed. Like when you knock an enemy to the ground you could kick them in the head, or you could break their neck if you manage to sneak up on them while unarmed. Its just you can clearly see that there's something more vicious to your characters when using just your bare hands.

also I found a glitch on the skyrim xbox version, where when you hit new game then while its loading, go into the xbox guide. wait until you hear "I'm from Rorikstead" or later then get out of the xbox guide, the carriage will usually be glitched out and the horse is gone, you aren't moving, and the guard is floating.
