make the adoring fan he was a bosmer wasn't he?
[sp]Wasn't the adoring fan actually sent to kill the grand champion or something?[/sp] I remember reading this somewhere in a journal or something.
Is there somthing like an easy character skills editor? My skills got shifted somehow and now I have 94 at destruction and 15 at heavy armor :v:
[sp]That was it. Cicero was the adoring fan! He had a contract to kill the Grand Champion. he references it if you read his journal.[/sp]
[sp]That was it. Cicero was the adoring fan! He had a contract to kill the Grand Champion. he references it if you read his journal.[/sp]
He's 200 years old?
[sp]That was it. Cicero was the adoring fan! Cicero has nothing to do with the Adoring Fan, he just made a reference as a little throwback to Oblivion. And Cicero isn't a Wood Elf, IIRC?
Seems like that to me. Plus he was actually very old from what I recall. Also [sp]27th of Rain's Hand, 4E 187 Completed the Arena contract. I ultimately decided to pose as a starstruck fan, and immediately got into the Grand Champion's good graces. While escorting the arrogant fool through the Great Forest, I slashed his throat and left the corpse for the bears.[/sp]
It says 4th era.
Still seems to be him saying that he's was the "Adoring fan". Besides I've only know of one Elder Scrolls game in relative timeline that he could have been an Adoring fan to. And that was Oblivion.
Because no one could do that without being that exact person, right
It's a reference to Oblivion which took place in the third era 4th Era 187 is 187 years after the end of the Oblivion Crisis
Mmm, but Cicero is like the girl from the DB who doesn't age. Meaning when he says that it's referenced within the actual events, or am I just reading into this way too much?
Wow calm down there. I was just posting what I THOUGHT it meant. You don't have to get all offensive on it. Jeez.
Honestly. I didn't think it all 100% through. I read over it once and remembered it. So I was wrong, hardy the crime of the year, and especially not something to get worked up about, especially in such an abrasive manner. There's such a thing as being constructive with a subject. If I was wrong, fine I'll admit I'm wrong, but you don't have to make a post to reply in a somewhat condescending manner
It's just a funny reference to the Adoring fan from Oblivion, can totally picture Cicero as adoring fan though :D Which is a part of why I [sp] killed him [/sp]

He's pretty annoying, I fireball'd him off a cliff.
I find it hilarious that the DB lets you have a big pile of followers, and yet followers are the worst thing an assassin character can have. They fuck up your sneaking so bad.
Sneak is the single most overpowered tree in the game, I managed to kill a Frost Troll and a Draugr Scourge Lord at level 17-18 simply by sneak attacking, and running the fuck away. Also I was on Master Difficulty.

Sneaking feels like puttin TGM on and it would affect ur DMG on a weapon. I just feel cheating using it.
i just suck at sneaking in all games so i never get into it and never get to the point where it's overpowered. same goes with using magic and enchanting. heavy armor + two handed always works for me. I try getting into sneaking and such though, but it's not what i normally do.
I just recently started an argonian lightning-focused destruction mage. It's fun.

I got some questions. Can you be a bounty hunter? How do you marry someone? Is there a risk where they can decline? Can a thief steal your stuff somehow? Whats the best race for someone who starts as new? I'll be happy if someone can answer these. [editline]30th January 2012[/editline] And how can someone upgrade an armor's or a weapon's stats? Blergh, one more. Where can i store my stuff in? Like my personal chest.
FUCKING SKYRIM 2 huge bugs in one day. Now that Silus guy in the Pieces of Past quest is unable to be interacted with near the altar. I can't even speak with Mehrunes for the first time.
I got some questions. Can you be a bounty hunter? There are bounties given out some times, yes. How do you marry someone? Is there a risk where they can decline? Not that I know of, so it's technically rape when you think about it. Also you gotta talk to someone you've done a quest for (or helped) while wearing an Amulet of Mara. Can a thief steal your stuff somehow? Well they can sometimes show up outside towns and politely ask you to give them some money. I think the correct response it clear. Whats the best race for someone who starts as new? Nothing in particular. The stat bonuses don't really do much, so just pick whichever one you like the most. I'll be happy if someone can answer these. [editline]30th January 2012[/editline] And how can someone upgrade an armor's or a weapon's stats? Go to a workbench for armor, and a grinding stone for weapons.
[editline]30th January 2012[/editline] And how can someone upgrade an armor's or a weapon's stats?
Yep, ask at inns and the keeper usually has bounty notices. Wear an amulet of Mara and ask them, and no. If you leave things in containers that you don't own (IE, anywhere not in your house), there's also a random encounter where someone tries to mug you. Anything not mage-y really. You can upgrade armour at a workbench, weapons at a grind stone, and can enchant shit at a arcane enchanter, assuming you've got the materials, perks and skills. You both, thanks. I got my answers. If we had a rep system here, i would give some.
