So I just possibly my most hilarious experience in Skyrim.

First off, I am playing as a Wood Elf hunter type. All my perks so far have gone into sneak or archery, and I have only upgraded my stamina. I am level 12. My only real defense is to run away because even bandits and spiders can take me out in like half a dozen hits.

Anyway I am heading out from Riften after trading some fur and venison for arrows. I get just down the hill from those three watchtowers when I unwittingly run into a group of bandits. Now as I've said I am no match for these guys, so I book it back toward the watchtowers.

With my crazy amount of stamina I have, I easily outpace the bandits and reach the towers. But, right as I get there a Hired Thug comes walking down the hill to collect a bounty I found out later I incurred by breaking out of jail in Whiterun. As soon as the thug starts swinging his battleaxe around the Riften guards start putting arrows into him.

It is about this time that the bandits who were originally chasing me catch up. So now you got maybe 10 guys from three different factions all duking it out, and me slowly backing away. But, before I make my get away, a Imperial patrol starts walking up the hill as well. I haven't done any of the civil war quests so Riften is still Stormcloak territory.

Once the Imperials get to the brawl it is pretty much just the Riften Guards left. There are a few more guards than Imperials, but I imagine most of the guards are at least a bit injured. They trade back arrow volleys a few times before it is just one guard and two imperials left. The guard quickly strikes down one, and trade blows with the other a few times before the final Imperial also falls.

Now during this about 15 man 4 faction brawl, I have pretty much just had my back to the wall. But after it's over I get a get a bit closer to survey the carnage and loot the dead. As I am doing so the one remaining guard walk by and says "No lollygagging."

Now, do you know of any mods or anything to raise damage done by me? Cause for some reason mobs seem to slap my shit with ease in a couple of shots, meanwhile I'm firing like 10-15 arrows at their face to only get them to half health.

You could improve your smithing skill to improve the quality of the bow, you could get bow perks to increase your ability, or you could enchant your bow.
Perhaps all three.
Also, upgrade your arrows to higher tiers. Steel and iron arrows may be plentiful, but they become quite underwhelming at later levels.

I've made my bow (Fine), it should be .. decent enough for my level, considering.

Well see I'm just at level 10 right now, making my way up the 7000 steps to the Grey Beards. I'm at the frost trolls, I send Lydia in, then start flanking him down with arrows that seems to do not much damage.

Tired of waiting 48 hours to restock a merchant? No problem! Just quicksave in front of the merchant you want to restock, kill the merchant, and quickload. Merchant will be alive with new stock and no hostilities. It did wonders for me when I was getting my smithing up to 100.

I was restocking merchants by typing "tfc" in console then using the wait button, it speeds up the progression of time

Yeah but this is legit, no console involved, and actually it's probably even quicker than your method, you don't even have to use the wait menu.
