I never wear helmets anyway, Light armour and a Hood. Because I care too much about Aesthetics.
No helmet mod <3
Oh man, did forsworn conspiracy. What a shithole. Haven't gone back since, but [sp]does this mean that every time I go to markarth now, guards attack me?[/sp]
I think it'd be really cool if we could somehow use the elder scroll to go back in time and solve whatever happened to the city of Winterhold. I mean we can give it to Urag Gro-Shub the librarian Orc, he should do something with it. Skyrim is missing a large central location to gravitate towards. Where all quest lines eventually lead and a lot of important things happen. I think Winterhold could have been that city. I mean if you just look at the architecture and scale of the college a place that was built for a group of people who are hated and distrusted by the people of Skyrim. Think how magnificent Winterhold could be. Probably twice the size of Windhelm with massive walls to block out the sea and a large port. Making Winterhold fall into the sea was really lame and adds nothing to the world. It doesn't make the Mages quest line any better, and it doesn't add any quests to what's left of Winterhold regarding the investigation of this. It's really a missed opportunity.
Scaled Armour and a light brown Mage Hood looks good everywhere.
I have a mod that gives pants to leather armor, so I can finally stand wearing it. Scale looks weird to me for some reason. I like hide much better with a decent texture on it. I wish light armor had two classes, one that is more like the pelts and hide types that we already have, and one that is closer to the Thieves guild armor and current leather armor.
So on my questing today, I ran into some wizards. [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/ScreenShot476.bmp[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/ScreenShot3101.bmp[/img_thumb] Fucking wizards. How do they do this. Confused, I went to the bar. [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/ScreenShot287.bmp[/img_thumb] -And you're the man talking to a sentient robe. I want whatever you're smoking.
That spell looks dangerous.
Time for the stupid question of stupid questions. To use stuff like Yadda's config, do I need to install the base ENB thing?
I tend to switch between "casual outfit" and "holy shit I need armor for this part" setups.
I think scaled armour is probably my favourite non-guild armour in the game, aesthetically.
I love this game, it is so beautiful
Yeah, that jpeg compression is stunning http://cubeupload.com/ [editline]7th January 2012[/editline]
I think it'd be really cool if we could somehow use the elder scroll to go back in time and solve whatever happened to the city of Winterhold.
How does one know there was even a city of Winterhold? I haven't seen it with my eyes, have you?
Oh how I wish there would be a DLC in which you could drive Aldmeri Dominion out of Skyrim as the Empire or Stormcloaks. During the final battle, a theme made in the same way as this track would be played (this composition already sounds like an Elder Scrolls copy-paste): That would be amazing until you realise that there are only 9 Elves and 7 Legionnairees/Stormcloaks clashing at each other.
When I'm playing the game with ENB and script extender, do I have to launch it every time from the script extender in my Skyrim folder? Or just the first time
Lmao I fired a warning shot at that guy who punches people in the Ratway whilst stealthed and he got up, walked around and killed himself on all of the traps he layed about.
Umm, just installed confident ENB. What the actual fuck is this? I guess this is the nuclear winter the Mojave always wished for..
I think the reason I hate frost mages/dragons/archers/anything with frost is because they kite you to no end if you're melee.
I'm disappointed at item placement. Any mods to fix it yet?
You always have to launch via script extender if you're using stuff that requires it.
Are you getting any sort of error message?
The game just freezes for a while and then "Oblivion stopped working". Sometimes it froze without crashing. I've verified the game files (I have it on Steam) but everything seems alright.

Any word on the Steamworks stuff?
Could someone help me? I'm missing a few sounds as I noticed when I just started this (a few minutes ago), such as dragons flying, my sword drawing, ect. Where could I get them?

Okay I got confident ENB to work (you have to set bFloatPointRenderTarget to 1 in your SkyrimPrefs.ini, the one in your documents folder not steam folder) but can anyone explain why my game looks so.. empty? I have view distance on max, but it seems like everything just drops off after a couple of yards. (also ignore the lack of AA I had it turned off incase ENB raped my framerate)
Does anyone know a fix for the character being decapitated "glitch"? I played with dragon priest mask on (hides the head so that you still have a head in any scenario) and used 'TIM'-console command on few occasions and after a while I noticed that my character was headless. I didn't have a save where the character still had his head, so previous save is not an option. Changing gender or race doesn't help. I've already completed the cure for Lycanthropy quest, so I suppose I can't test if becoming a werewolf will fix it?
Verify your cache through steam.
Done, didn't do anything. Here's my sound drivers incase that might effect it:

Does the game use more than 2GB yet? If it doesn't, if I'm using the 4GB patcher do I apply it to my skse_loader.exe or TESV.exe? It'd be nice to use all of my 8GB to help out with the running of high res texture packs.
