Yes, it is actually easier then, because some enemies level with you and get harder at later levels.

MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision (and probably anything else that displays OSD info) will make it crash at startup.
For EVGA Precision, you need to add TESV.exe to the OSD Server profiles list then disable it, not sure how to fix it if using MSI Afterburner

I was using Aura Whisper in Whiterun, and a guard came up to me and told me to stop shouting. I guess dragon whispers are still pretty loud. :(

I was playing Oblivion (it works, finally) and was doing the main quest, when you enter the first portal in Kvath. I told the surviving soldier there to follow me and then he got killed by an enemy. I was actually surprised to see him die, in Skyrim he would have been essential.

But the quest system is terrible, with all these quests coming out of nowhere as you just walk, even in the sewer.

The last update made my game crash, sometimes during loading screens and sometimes at random. At least I think it's the update, it have worked before and the only mods I have is texture mods, I also have purple/pink textures sometimes.

I believe you can disarm Giants. It might be the only useful situation for the shout. Otherwise you're better off with other shouts.
