What are some good graphics mods that don't cause lot's of lag?

Does anyone know how to get that slightly darker leather armor without the shoulder pauldrons and neck guard? Looks pretty cool but I don't think it's in game. Maybe once the creation kit comes out.
And I can 100% guarantee you'll hate those changes after you encounter your 25th dragon after an hour of exploring.
Use deadlier dragons with none of the optional bullshit and the 50% less spawnrate Dragon battles are certainly more exciting and powerful, though they do more damage with the mod too. I don't reccomend playing with it past level 45-50 or so, unless you want to start fighting a bunch of really fucking retarded dragons instead of the reasonable normal ones (i.e. one is a copy of alduin who does a super attack that kills entire towns... yeah he didn't really think this out to well).
Actually, CD Projekt has corresponded with the Nexus Staff permitting their assets to be used for game mods other than for the Witcher series. I have read through all of your comments on this thread and elsewhere, and I think it's time you pack your stuff. -myrmaad
lol [editline].[/editline] considering that my other posts where just pointing out how bad mods were bad i'd say the admin is just butthurt.
Not sure if many people have noticed this, but groups of dartwings hovering above water indicate the location of those useful little alchemy fish. River Betty are like crack cocaine for damage health poisons. Combine River Betty with Crimson Nirnroot and you could make a poison that would make keith richards violently ill
Started a new game playing as an Argonian. Leveling up is so much faster the second time around.

Because I found a recipe that makes a poison of slow + damage health + weakness to poison.

There could be a particular ingredient that amplifies the weakness to poison effect which might land it first for most potions.
I've never seen that loading screen, it makes me want to visit Valenwood even more.
What I hate is when you see a new loading screen for the first time and that it goes by too fast for you to read it. Same goes for traveling by wagon. The phrases made by the wagon drivers always get cut off.
So I actually used my imperial's voice of the emperor shout. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/J3jSG.jpg[/thumb] NEVER AGAIN
At least that's doable. During the same quest I fast-traveled to Rorikstead and starting heading west only to run into a Blood Dragon, Elder Dragon, and assloads of Forsworn. The Blood Dragon went down easy enough but the Elder Dragon could nearly instakill me since I was level 17. I reloaded an earlier save and the SAME DAMN THING happened again. I finally just ignored it and sprinted past the dragon and forsworn and ran into Karthspire to hide.
You're finding elder dragons at level 17? I've made two characters now, both to level 30, and haven't even heard of elder dragons yet in game. Also I kind of wish skyrim did more with its water. Yeah there are s few wreckages and such, mostly right on the waters surface, but really there isn't much point in going swimming. Kind of makes the argonian water breathing an afterthought (even though it has kind of always been sort of an afterthought). I've only ran into maybe one or two situations where it might be of any use out of the vast amount of water in the game.
So I'm having a strange glitch that is basically preventing me from playing Skyrim on Steam. I'll launch the game, but the window that has the launching thing on it disappears and reappears several times before just failing to launch the game. Anyone know any fixes? I've already verified local files.
Bump of desperation
You're finding elder dragons at level 17? I've made two characters now, both to level 30, and haven't even heard of elder dragons yet in game.
The only other time I've run into Elder Dragons was on a level 35 character, and even then only 1.
Some screens with Yadda's ENB config + some other stuff: [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-01-11_000012.jpg[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-01-11_000022.jpg[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-01-11_000031.jpg[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-01-11_000041.jpg[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-01-11_00010.jpg[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-01-11_00012.jpg[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-01-11_00013.jpg[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-01-11_00017.jpg[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-01-11_00018.jpg[/t] [t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-01-11_00019.jpg[/t]
I'm fucked. Whenever I load a savegame it says I'm overloaded. Is there a console command to fix this?
I'm fucked. Whenever I load a savegame it says I'm overloaded. Is there a console command to fix this?
Overloaded, or over-encumbered?
Over-encumbered. Carrying too much. Happened after getting the perk where it doesn't count your heavy armor.
Over-encumbered. Carrying too much. Happened after getting the perk where it doesn't count your heavy armor.
And the weight isn't more than you can carry? In inventory tab, is your current weight not more than the max? If it's not, i guess maybe dropping something and then picking it up again might help. Otherwise you are actually carrying too much and should concider dropping junk.
No no. I am at 210 out of 350 with the ork armor equipped and I get heavier when unequipping it because of the perk.
No no. I am at 210 out of 350 with the ork armor equipped and I get heavier when unequipping it because of the perk.
What mods are you playing with? One of them might cause the problem.
No mods. It seems to be a bug with the perk.
A while back someone posted a method they discovered of placing objects and having those objects retain where you end up placing them and not where they spawned when you dropped them. Anyone still have that guide? It's not up in the OP (it should be once we refind it).
No mods. It seems to be a bug with the perk.
Yes, it's a bug with the perk, when you load a save the game doesn't recognize your armor being worn and makes them have weight. It's simply solved by going into your inventory, where it should then make them weightless.
How do you guys like my new character.
