Purchasing the game also gives you 3 beta keys to hand out to friends, and I just got another bunch of beta keys after giving out those, I can probably give you one when I get home from school in like 12 hours.
Thanks! I owe you one.
Would anyone happen to have a spare from the giveaway? Was just a tiny bit late. :c
Is there only one class that can repair the generator (it auto regenerates, but slower right?)? Seems like you're team is a bit fucked if you have no one with one and the other team has one. See this is why this kind of unlock system doesn't work. Should've been had a few classes that were all unlocked but you didn't have all the weapons and perks - along the lines of battlefield. Also teams need to fucking realize when there's enemies just skiing around behind your base. So damn annoying to get your flag returned then have 3 guys jump over a hill and take it.

Got 3 keys anybody need one?
Is the sentinel worth getting? The claymore seem like a good way of defend the base.
How long does the beta run for?
Got 3 keys anybody need one?
I would like a key! This looks really fun. If you got any left, there is.
Played a few hours today. Rabbit is certainly quite fun. It's pretty clear that you need to purchase some classes to be consistently good. Really wish I had a light class available.
Got 3 keys anybody need one?
Yes please. Care to PM me one?
I would love the third key, if you still have it!
Love the ranger's anti-personnel grenades. They do 1500 damage if the enemy is right on top of them and 900 splash. I have three of them.
Got 3 keys anybody need one?
I'd like one, am I too late?
Anyone got any keys? <33 [editline]30th November 2011[/editline] NEVERMIND I GOT AN INVITE!!! YAAAYY [editline]30th November 2011[/editline] Where is the HI-Rez current thing located? It says its installed but i cant find it [editline]30th November 2011[/editline] oh man someone answer quick, its not there and im eager to play :C [editline]30th November 2011[/editline] nevermind restarted computer, fixed it [editline]30th November 2011[/editline] oh darn it it broke again and now i spammed this thread :c
Does anybody know how they decide who to let into the beta? I mean they can't know if we've played previous tribes or other hi-rez games do they?
Does anybody know how they decide who to let into the beta? I mean they can't know if we've played previous tribes or other hi-rez games do they?
I think they just e-mail keys out in the order people signed up, maybe prioritizing e-mails that are assigned to a Hi-Rez account already.

The other tribes games, not so much. Even if you have global agenda you are only more likely to get in,not guaranteed. Just try to find a key giveaway.
Sorry everyone I already gave out the 3 keys. I love to give you one though if I had any.
Sorry everyone I already gave out the 3 keys. I love to give you one though if I had any.
Noooo dang I'm so desperate to get a key, I love tribes
Stop messaging me about beta keys. I'm not a vending machine.
Was just playing and looked at the prices for the classes. I dont think I'll ever save up that much christ jesus
Stop messaging me about beta keys. I'm not a vending machine.
*insert 5 cents* in all seriousness, I kinda like this game but it's a bit difficult catching up with people. It's hard to get the flag but not so hard to turn it in.

The only class that can really effectively catch up from a dead start is the jumper thanks to his special ability. It launches him forward at around 100, without needing a jetpack or hill. It is probably the weakest combat class though.

As you come into an upward slope, turn around and shoot your spinfusor at the ground under you, at about a 45 degree angle behind you (varying depending on if you want to go fast or high). It gives you an enormous speed boost and you can easily catch up to the carrier, who probably wont use this technique since the health loss is too risky for them.

Many times I have seen my comrades dive right into skiing across the map, only to have me overtake them a second later at a few degrees shy of the speed of sound.
I suck at this game, but it's fun.
