I've heard some mixed reviews about sentinel...
Fuck it I'm buying it anyway :v:
Its great in bases because your enemy will be forced to be next to it and its also good when defending a flag since you can easily predict where the enemy is going.
Base: ok, i do it well
Flag: what.
i know where he is going but the mother fucker passes at ludicrous speeds, i can't hit that...
if you dont grab the flag at 180+, you are doing it wrong

Unless you're a heavy class.
Just had my second FULL match, as in didn't quit because got bored, and I managed to get two blue plate specials! I feel great
I would rather someone competent grab the flag and actually cap it rather than these people who continuously try and cap the flag at the highest speeds and suicide if they don't make it.
If someone can grab the flag and bring it back to your base I don't see what the bloody problem is.
Seriously. I have seen some heavies that make better cappers than some of those ultra-speed lights.
Plus as a heavy you can toss a pancake on the ground behind you can reach many sanics if done properly.
You just cant turn, at all.

I have capped more as juggernaut then any low armor class. As long as you can get yourself next to a hill where they can't shoot you then you will be able to take at least far enough to have a team mate try to grab it if you die.

So whats with perfectly placed infil stickies not killing med armor all about? I'm assuming its because they got a health upgrade but man is it hard to not only get them with a sticky (which is hard already because of random throwing) but then having to shoot down the little amount of health they have left before they are able to turn around and hit you with a spinfusion or something.

It's been a while since I played so I looked up what's new and read up that there's a new map called "Arx Novena" or it's very old, I don't know. More importantly, why doesn't it show up in training mode or ANY of the servers I've been to?

It hasn't been added to the training mode and not seeing it on servers is just bad luck.
It's one of my favorite maps simply because you can actually defend your goddamn base.
2 story base. Flag on top, generator on bottom. No secret generator entrances miles away from the base. No bullshit like that.
I personally like to drive tanks into the enemy generator room. It's the only map that lets you do that, and I'm sure it's not by design :v:
Arx Novena was the first map I ever played.
I really hate Bella Omega. The forcefields around the flag are such bullshit.

Hence why you destroy the generator. I think it is a nice mechanic, though I still dislike the map overall.
