116, even for a graphics card, is way too hot. For reference, mine has never gotten above 80 even in the summer with the windows open.

Hottest mines ever gone was 89c on BF3 (Ultra), only reason was because the fan speed was set to 29%.

Hottest I ever hit on my HD4850 was 100c. Then again, from what I hear that particular card runs hot, so it's not just mine.

Yea, I'd be worried if my card was hot enough to boil water, even if other cards reach those temps.
