It is true, COD is fast paced. Games last >10 mins unless you play sabotage. Plus there is always a, albeit shitty, firefight between multiple people going on. But COD is a shit game IMHO. I much prefer playing BF3 because it is so much fun.

While the mechanics are cool in the game, it's just so fucking annoying.

The enemies are beyond annoying, stealth is a no, the combat is beh. They freaking respawn 2 seconds later after MURDERING them in that spot with RPG's.

vehicles were lame as fuck, car chases didn't work cos your car started to make smoke even though they only shot at your tail

weapons didn't have any punch

AI was really good at times (the dialogue between them was really good) but it shat itself all the time

The multiplayer in FC2 is pretty awesome though, since it doesn't have any of the faults the SP had. And the fact that there's thousands of different and usually really good maps made by people means you'll pretty much always be playing on different maps.

I have yet to complete Far Cry 2 simply because everytime I get somewhere my computer screws up and I lose all my progress. Furthest I got was the second area, which was 10x better than the first.

That was the biggest url/img tag clusterfuck I've had in a while. In case you all haven't noticed, every image I post I save in both a high quality JPEG (nearly lossless), and in my own low-quality thumbnail, because facepunch's default thumbnails are small and still force you to load the whole image. I have a terrible connection, and I know I can't be the only one, so I use my own thumbnails :v:

Made a mission with a new mod I downloaded for Arma 2. Needless to say, having your buddy pilot a F-15 tailing enemy Jets while you coordinate his weapons for him fucking rocks. Felt way better than the BF3 mission knowing it was dynamic.
