Eh, it's more like WoP. You can play in the easy mode, but the "Realistic" setting is more of a perfect mix between a full blown sim and arcade game.
When I think of arcade games, I think of shit like HAWX or Ace Combat, which AAA and WoP are totally different from. Nothing like a full LOMAC or DCS, but also nowhere near HAWX or AC.

Yea, haha, I figured that when I remembered I was using my old monitor (my widescreen one broke). Fixed it by switching to my TV.

you've got me there.
i guess the thing i don't like about it is that you have to manage being both gunner and pilot and all the while you have to fight off ridiculous amounts of opposition, usually by yourself. creates way too much management. trying to avoid anti-air missiles and firing hellfires doesn't seem to be my forte at all
with that being said, though, i'm not going to lie that apache is a pretty good game and visually entertaining to look at
also i like with trackir your head movement controls the cannon while in flight mode which is pretty nice because you can just look and fire while sweeping by columns of vehicles

Game looks alot better (Gameplay wise) on PC than on 360. I got it on 360 and it's such a fucking mess.

A little, but they really worked hard to make this installment beautiful. The city with the ship is amazingly colorful and just fun to look at.
Only thing that bothers me is how different they made Ezio and Desmond look. Throughout the series they used the same exact faces, but I'd never know it's them this time if I wasn't told their name.

You'll hear no disagreements from me. I saw my father playing it the other day and was very impressed by some of the lighting, especially that of early morning or sunset.
