If you enjoy mildly tactical / realistic games, then yes it is very worth the money, I play Arma (almost too realistic), Project Reality and I enjoy RO2 a lot, and so does my buddy who also plays the same games with me. You really get the sense you are in a battlefield, your friends are always yelling out and the enemies too, if a buddy beside you gets shot, you or another soldier might scream out about it. The voices bring a whole new level to the immersion.

Its hard to play sniper when my character keeps saying "oh mein gott i'll never get zeez faces out of my mind" before I get bayonetted and bleed out while I call out for my mother.
RO2 is immersive at times.

Moments like that in LA Noire really made me enjoy the game more. Kind of a "sometimes you can never win" underlying meaning to the entire game. Felt more lifelike.

They were all destroyed at anchor in Fremantle, Australia on the maiden voyage of U-199, commanded by Otto Fuchs. The game is Silent Hunter 4 U-Boot missions. btw. And, FYI, it really is the best game series. Ubisoft really managed to fuck up everything about Silent Hunter 5, especially the lack of update.
