Last day i got to Olmec for the first time and killed it. Sadly i died the most bullshit death possible. I was getting out of the hole i made for him to get into the lava when a monkey jumps on my back. I tried to crouch but it stunned me and sent me into the lava. :suicide:

I think it was kind of obvious it interacted with king yama (in singleplayer mode only), the only problem was for someone to actually get it there.

I've had that happen twice, once in the jungle and once in the ice caves.

I got to Yama without paste.
I killed anubis I with a boomerang, anubis II with ropes, and i managed to time one bomb for Yamas hand and then threw like 30 bombs at his face before dying.

Yama himself has no cheap shots that instagibs you, so health is really powerful.
As long as you don't break the floor like a dumbass you wont fall into the lava unless you somehow manage to fall into one of the corners.
Health is pretty great if you get taken offguard by a rush of vampires or get pushed by a spike ball as well.
The spike headed demons are scary motherfuckers though.
God I hate the thwimp block things. I've been killed both times I made it past the ice caves, the first because I didn't know what it was and thought it was a pushable, and the second time because I had the amazing luck to get a "i can't see anything" stage, which also is the worst variation you can get, and jumped a corner to immediately be crushed.
