Jumpgate TRI: Can't wait for Star Citizen? Want to play the only twitch based MMO? This is the game

Use F5, they will answer any questions about the game and are incredibly friendly!

For finding where to go, check your map (top right button or "M" in stations, "-" whilst in space) and you can place waypoints by clicking on sectors. You need to map routes manually!

Is there any way to run this windowed, so that I don't have to alt-tab out of fullscreen to do something else while I'm moving towards a jumpgate?

Does it really take you that long to get to a jumpgate that you have time to tab out and do something else?

Unless gates are really far in some systems it usually takes me just a few seconds to get to one, I don't stop, I just go full speed towards one and press Jump the moment I touch the gate.

With the starting ship it takes me a maximum of ~50 seconds gate to gate.

You go near them, and if you're able to jump, a yellow triangle will appear roughly in the middle of your hud. Then you just press j to jump.

I'm having trouble launching from stations. I go through all the usual menu rubbish, press launch and it then it minimizes with a blank cmd.exe window open. After about a minute it crashes.

Anyone else have this happen?
