Also what do nukes look like? Because I have the correct combo, but the blue turrets don't do anything and the red one just looks normal.
As long as the red turret fires before the comboed blue turrets you should get nukes.
Does anybody know what the best combos are?
Damn, I got to 4000 and then remembered it was on easy.
Laser Rocket are incredibly effective so you can really rely on them until Railguns. With laser rockets you may want to add some of the 100% damage boosters so that they are incredibly strong.

Finally made it to 4000 kills and 400 waves on Medium.

Oh, so the towers have to be fully upgraded? Just the damage or everything?
Just the damage.
Edit:
But to make the key tower fire first you may want to upgrade its range a bit.
I can only get to wave 80 or so before getting fucked.

You could have done that with upgraded turrets and have room for modifier turrets.
This one's fun as well: http://www.defendthetowers.com/randomdefence.html
Does anyone know how I can download this to my PC? I want it so that if my internet goes out I can still play it.
to get sandbox mode easy use Cheat Engine
How?
I've found that the best way to get 4000 kills on medium is to build "nuke batteries" by sandwiching 4 cannons between 3 rockets, like this:
r r r
c c c c
r r r
to give you six nuke launching rockets. If done properly, you can fit two batteries into each of the center sections of the "Inspired" map. By placing tazers with fully upgraded damage and range near the beginning of the map you can create a "Hot Gate", and if you put some targeters behind them, you can pull all 24 of those nukes into the stunned enemies. Adding 100% Big Damage turrets and 40% rate turrets to the batteries is also very helpful. I ended up building 30 or so nuke combos, 6 or so tazers, two fusions, and one railgun and was able to hit 4000 kills on medium fairly easily. Once I hit 4000, I walked away from the computer to let it all play out. By the time it was done I was nearing 5000, and had over $350000, though I was running low on room, but by adding tazers to your batteries you can get napalm rockets, so with some careful placement, you could probably go a lot farther.
I remember i have a screenshot of me getting a high score on this.
Found it.

Always start with and upgrade a few towers no matter the RTS game you're in.
Unless you can't.
My favorite strategy is to make all of my combo weapons in the beginning, upgrade them later, replace them with combonlys, and repeat the process. I also add targeters and snipers.
Still a bit not sure how to make combos.
I just caught on to the printer reference.
Well played, game!
Nukes are the way forward. They kill everything in one and have a large area of effect. The only problem is that you will need a lot of them.
Nuke sammich.
Nukes are really effective, If you have a nuke missile circulating, spawn multible waves at once, you'll earn alot.
My turrets keep making a sort of "powering up" noise, and shaking, what does that mean?
It generally means they're going into psycho-kill-everything mode. Everything within the towers range will get the shit shot out of it.
This is one of the worst TD's imo.
Either a fucklong laser chain on the Line map or shitloads of nuke combos. But the laser chain is more powerful.
(anyone who calls it a lazer is fucktarded. Laser is an acronym - Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. Also comes with BASER and EASER (Bacon amplification and Epic Amplification))
I will continue to call it a laser.
So my rocket launcher and taser both with fully upgraded damage created some sort of rocket storm (literally, there was a shitload of rockets with thunderbolts coming out), and it killed all enemies instantly as they came onto the map. So i got a shitload of money from that and so i made a few more fully upgraded rocket launchers and a damage increaser. I was happily sending in new waves all the time, then the rocketstorm ended when i had 5 waves on the map at the same time, and i got completely raped. Is that "rocket storm" a real combo or was it some kind of a glitch? It seemed way OP to be true.
Edit: Nevermind, i'm new at this. The enemies quickly get powerful enough to eat that kind of damage
Who doesn't love a little old-fashioned land mine spam?

I pretty much stopped building shit around wave 340 because nothing could get past the first inch or so of the screen. I might have kept going longer, but it was just making everything sooooo sloooowww.
Man, sandbox mode is kind of lame. I figured it would give you an unlimited supply of money or something, but it actually just gives you like $100000 to start with. That's a pretty limited sandbox.
Some people still playing?

Sandbox enabled now. Enemies still aren't passing 6cm of the start ;)
But I quit it haha

Hard mode :)
First time I got far was with several railguns lined up against that first line in squarely. Didn't know about combos.
