I don't really get the logic behind Tuesday releases. Friday makes sense because it's the end of the week, no work (for most people) and you can enjoy it for an evening and 2 days. Release it on Tuesday and it just gets in the way of your whole week.
I believe it has something to do with shipping.

Most companies don't ship on weekends.
I don't see how that explains why it's released on Tuesdays.
Finally pre-ordered it today. Only lame thing is that I lost my Fable 2 disk, gonnna see if a friend of mine lends it to me
Tuesday is 'gonna be a good day. I get my braces off in the morning, then have the rest of the day for Fable III.
It is for the charts. There is more time left in the week, so your sales for first week appear higher. I think....
