Aye, I just remembered I'd opened the level 3 lute chest on The Road to Rule. So I went and did some of that and got 15k.

I believe you cannot do jobs once you become king/queen. Save up enough money to invest in a good amount of shops before becoming king/queen.

This is my experience with it over last weekend. Beat the game twice from thursday to sunday.
Spent an hour and a half making enough money to get married, afford a house, have a nice wedding, and 2 children.

Yeah, what I loved about the earlier games is the connection you can make with the people, good to see that they really Improved it and made it more "personal"
I just opened two 10silver key chest, each containing 50,000 gold.
If I had known the chests were this much better than they were in Fable 2, I'd have been searching harder!

This game has been pretty damn awesome so far, but for me it doesn't really feel that much like a fable game. I don't know why.. Maybe it's not as bright or something, or not as focused on the magic side of things.
Anyway, it's still pretty fun and I'm at the second half of the game now.
EDIT: Also, if you get your blacksmith job level to 5, you make about 3k when on 10x multiplier.
Actually, I'm going to take that back.. I've done almost no free roaming at all and have been playing only coop for the whole thing, I'm gonna go try out some of the cool stuff right now :D
Question. I've never played a Fable game before. I played a portion of 2 but I stopped pretty early on. Is it okay for me to enter here or is there some place where I can read the important notes? I'd like to get this on Friday if it's promising.

Hold you horses there mah boi. It's not the end of the world if you haven't played the other Fables like these people made it out to be. The OP has information on all that went down in Fable 1 and 2 so you aren't so lost in Fable 3.
Also, I would personally recommend Fable 3 if you are into a casual rpg with unique combat and so many interesting things to do.
Fable 2 is short as fuck anyway, so you should just finish it. :smug:

Try clearing your 360 cache. Fixed a similair bug for me on Fable 2 :buddy:
