They appear in certain chests, mostly silver key chests with high numbers and behind gold key doors. I also think there are some in certain demon doors.
Also, I just tried the money glitch, apparently you don't earn gold while you're not playing anymore. I set the clock forward a year, and didn't earn anything.

I found it funny how some of my American 'Friends' complained about us getting Dead Rising 2, 4 days before them and yet, they get like, 2 good games 3 days before we do and i didn't complain or whine or moan once, yet they try and rub it in my face and try spoiling Fable III for me.

I have a gaggle of British friends that complain whenever I get a game before them. They poked me about L4D2 for the longest time.
But yea, likely to grab Fable 3 soon.
