My game has broken, I've bought 3 sets of clothing and in my Sanctuary there is only 1 manikin, the butler says I've got clothes but they don't appear. My friend even gifted me a hat and it doesn't show up.

Nope, all that does is cycle through the types e.g. Hairstyle, clothes and so on.
What i mean is, all I've got is a single manikin and I've bought 3 sets of clothing yet the game is saying that i only have 1. In my friends Sanctuary he has 4 manikins.
