So did you pre-order from Gamestop way back or did you switch to another store and get LE?
I pre-ordered it near the beginning of July
[editline]16th October 2010[/editline]
from Gamestop.

Ah I see. I got very lucky and recently PO'd from Amazon. Hence my need for that inquisitor sword. Muah ha ha, ha ha ha...ha.
I felt that the extra $20 was worth it.
my character in fable II looks exactly like Van Helsing, the witchspotter's hat is exactly what Helsing wears
Excellent OP, more people could use stuff like that.
I liked Fable: The Lost Chapters a lot, but when Fable II was only released for the Xbox 360, I fell out with the series.
Maybe Fable III will revive my interests.
Peter Molyneux better keep his promises, or Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation won't be happy.
And neither will I.
Still TBA for PC. Hnnnnnnnnnnnnng.

I have a feeling it won't be out for quite a few months. If they are at least trying it will take awhile.
They said Shortly after so I'm hoping it'll be at least in December.

Witch Hunter uniform:
- Witch Spotter's hat
- poet's beard, black
- Middle class overcoat
- upper class shirt (or knight chain mail from Knothole Glade)
- soldier pants
- soldier boots
This combination looks amazing.

When has Peter Molyneux ever kept a promise?
I can't seem to figure out if there's any difference to the limited edition, the limited collectors edition or the collectors edition.
It seems all three things are the same, but each title is used randomly. Can anyone clarify what's in the limited edition?
Physical items:
- Book style cover.
- Game.
- Playing cards.
- Guild seal coin.
Are there any in-game items, or is that just in the limited collectors edition/the collectors edition?

It's basically a Limited Collector's Edition, they are already ran out at Gamestop and close to out at Amazon and Walmart.
It contains those things and the in-game content is:
A new dog-breed: The Pitbull
New region and new quest.(Not sure what these are called)
I believe you get some other stuff as well, not sure.
There's only one "Limited Edition"
Contents (as confirmed by Microsoft):
“A new quest: Uncover the mystery of the haunted forests of Silverpines and earn the legendary sword, Wolfsbane, deadly against wolves and balverines.
“Exclusive location: Unlock a new region, ideal for settling down with a family and discovering new treasures.
“Fable III playing cards: Created by Lionhead, these cards depict every type of character in “Fable III,” including Heroes, royals, rebels and villains from across Albion and beyond.
“Guild Seal Coin: The coin features a Good side (blue) and Evil side (red) to assist players in making critical decisions that will impact the fate of the world forever.
“A new dog breed: Renowned for its loyalty, the Boxer is a brave canine companion worthy of greatest Queens and Kings.
“One unique outfit: Unearth one male and female outfit from the mysterious, faraway land of Aurora, a new destination in your “Fable III” adventures.”
Ninjad
I want that, sadly I only have a PC :saddowns:
Limited Edition book cover is sexy
I haven't pre-ordered Fable III, but I really don't need to. There are barely any people who play videogames in my town, and I've always been able to get big releases. Also, I think I might put the limited edition on my book shelf. It'd be way sexier that way.
I can't wait to get my Limited Collector's Edition. I just wonder when I'll get my pre-order code to create my villager. :raise:
I might aswell go all out and buy the controller aswell.

Yes I want to create my personal evil wife already. :<

I got mine a while ago and made one already.

I got a pre-order from Amazon, not sure if they sent the email yet.
Here's some ingame footage of the custom villager in Fable 2: (skip to 2:12)

By the way, when I was trying to design my own villager, I couldn't see the character model? Anyone else had the same problem?
Or can I only see it after I entered the pre-order code?
That happened to me a few times. I let it sit there and it eventually loaded but you don't have to enter your code to see it.
Preordered the Limited Edition from Amazon last night. Was a bit disappointed I couldn't order it from Gamestop and get Reaver's Sword but oh well.

I don't think it's gonna matter much in the long run anyways if the weapon morphing system is as deep as they claim.

Thanks for the info, I'll give it another try.
I'm going to pre-order this tomorrow. I want the Limited Edition so much.
So, anyone know how they're improving the co-op system? I felt co-op in Fable 2 could have been awesome, but they really ended up botching it.

Most improvements are listed in the OP I'm pretty sure:
-Seperate camera for both players. Can go wherever you want.
-You bring over YOUR character and YOUR dog instead of a cheap henchman.
-Players can marry, have kids, start a business together, etc.
-You can have sex with eachother.
-...you can have sex with eachother?
I thought fable 2 was fun :saddowns:
You're sad about it?
