Ok guys I fixed the main thread. The youtube links were being wonky and the video section of the Treasure Chest is closed down until I update the links and freshen up other parts of the thread in general.

Hello, I just bought Fable 3 in the Weekend Deal. I'm surprised this thread hasn't been posted in.
It's because Fable 3 is a terrible game. It's basically Fable 2 with less features.
If anyone wants to play Fable 3 with me, go ahead and PM me.
I just wish that lionhead would have just released Fable 2 for the PC. Playing Fable 3 just makes me want Fable 2.
I just started playing The Lost Chapters a few days ago; I just finished Act I (Basically, the part before the expansion.), and this is what I got so far.

Skill is the best thing you can put points into, Bows are way too fun.
After I beat this run, I might do an Evil Sorcerer, ad since it's pretty hard to be a pure spell-caster guy without using swords/bows.

Fable 3 is horrible. If your new to the series and want a *GOOD* game, get fable 1. Not only is it cheaper, but also much much muuuch better. Like, as I was playing fable 3, I was only wishing that 2 was released on pc or something to that effect because all the stuff you might have loved from fable 1? Gone, replaced with questionable and unfun mechanics. Even Co-op doesnt bring that much joy to the game, with the other player simply being a battle-buddy.

What I'm seeing is super nostalgia in this post. Fable 3 wasn't that bad really, Fable 2 was pretty awful, and Fable 1 was fun sure. But Fable 3 and Fable 1 feel kind of similar actually.
Nah, Fable 3 was quite shitty and dumbed down but it was still a decent game, great comedy.
So Fable Heroes got released today.

I thought Fable 3 was good until you reached near the ending. That ending fucking sucked balls. You go all around Albion to raise this army and shit then when you get there you take it over in 2 sec. Then the kings decisions were stupid and didnt do anything

I can't remember exactly what he said so I'm paraphrasing a little here, but I'm pretty sure he said fable 3 was his biggest regret games-wise

can someone kindly explain why fable 2 has so much hate
i thought it was the best out of the series (i havent played 3, just gonna assume its bad) the areas were cooler looking and much more fun to explore
fyi im speaking from nostalgia cause my xbox broke and i havent played it in years
i really wish they'd release fable 2 on PC instead of Fable HD

For sure, it's my favourite of the series. I even bought the limited edition content to get some more use out of it. I also have a chicken costume if anybody wants one for the achievement

Honestly, Fable 2 was better than 3, but 1 is still better on some parts. Honestly, 3 was the worst, dumbed down, loads of day 1 dlc, boring.
