I win a game, get excited, then find out when I go to the giveaway creators profile he already blocked me and there has been no gift sent to me at all.... very mad at people like this, only public giveaway with a lot of people I actually had the chance to win in but turns out its fake anyways....

There's nothing you actually can do until a week has passed. He has 1 week to give it you, if you don't have it after that, then contact steamgifts support.
Nothing really but wait until he either gives you the game via email or you get the chance to mark the game as "not received". Or you can try contacting a moderator but not totally sure.

I think they need more of a strict giveaway creation process; maybe some type of acceptance to the term of service every time they make a giveaway or if people don't receive a couple of their gifts for any reason, they wont be able to make anymore(already implemented) or even enter any giveaways. I think its just fair if they make a fake giveaway just to get people's hopes up, then they shouldn't get a chance of their own.
Of course if its an accident like putting the wrong game, they can always contact support to change or remove it but that is an acception.

No, They won't do ANYTHING until after a week.
The person who creates the giveaway has one week to send the gift. Anything he does before then, is his own call. I know someone who blocked a guy who added him begging for the gift, and unblocked him on the 7th day, and gave him the gift, to try and teach him to be patient.
But whatever happens, since he has his 7 days, Nothing will happen until that 7 days is up.
People who suspect fakes, could I take a look at the giveaways please?
I suspect its a fake for now, but if he chooses to give or not to give the gift to me, thats his own call. He still has a week like you said, even though he did block me even without me adding him(cant comment on his page because it says he is ignoring me). But like you said, he might unblock me but we wont know until he does.
Also, I'm fine with waiting and it does not need action right now especially with others looking at others non-received giveaways.
Fair enough. And yeah, if he's blocked you before he added you, it does sound very fishy...But I just don't know, some people are weird.
He finally responded to me and gave me gift. He said that he forgot about SGifts and thought that I was some random guy adding him.
He registered 5 days ago, so it's understandable.
