If chess is considered a sport, I don't see the problem with gaming being one. Both test your brain's powers, but gaming also test reflexes and much more.

I think it's funny because none of the people posting about it will ever make as much money as the people actually playing in the tournament. This is also why I can tolerate dota2 community, because everyone outside of it is twice as toxic

What bothers me most is that I know people that get offended at the mere mention of video games even possibly being compared to chess.
