Yeah, I love the games, but GFWL just makes my computer act weird, and makes my games mostly unplayable.
GFWL is the main reason I got Blacklight for xbox and not PC.

I too got it for Xbox. It's okay, but the only thing that really bothers me are the iron sights.
I love the game so far, only level 6 but have plenty to customise, trinkets are a nice touch that give you a slight boost while making your guns even more unique. The community is nice, no children thus far.
Gameplay is nice and fast, very much like an unreal tournament game (which for any old school online fps fan is fucking awesome) the game modes are also nice, plenty to keep you busy.
Plenty of maps with various different places to go, not shitty small things, you can climb up buildings etc..
The guns are just what they promised in all their dev videos, not over the top but feel futuristic in a way but handle very well.
The customisation is insane, I love it.
Looking forward to this taking off, can see many people who hate CoD flocking to this in the coming days.
Also what I instantly saw when I jumped in a game: [B]Turrets at spawn to stop spawn campers - Fucking GREAT idea. Finally someone battles spawn campers![/B]

Everyone is complaining about the iron sight. I don't like it either but Customize your weapons for better sights this game has some kick ass Scopes. But i don't like iron sights in any games.

It's not the GFWL overlay that bothers me, that's fine, it's the actual downloading from the GFWL client, which doesn't even work.

Maybe I don't want to? Maybe I like using iron sights in most games (like COD) and in this game they aren't even true iron sights and it makes it look confusing as shit even with the crosshairs.
Game isn't that good. Lot's of one sided spawn camping, lot's of hanging on matchmaking, no one playing any other mode but TDM. I'll give it a few more days but it isn't looking so hot.
Weapon customization is pretty nifty tho. I don't have a lot unlocked so I don't know if it actually affects anything, but there are a lot of options.
I can't imagine playing a game this twitch-based with an analogue stick.
I refuse to buy this game until they fix the ironsights. I love that they incorporated things like barrel lengths, types, flashhiders, etc, but it doesn't mean much if the game is a generic POS shooter.
I'll try the demo.

I don't know why you guys are bitching about the iron sights. They're fine.
You're supposed to look [I]through[/I] ironsights. Not over them and magically somehow shoot at what you're eyes are looking at.
As long as I get precise aiming I could be looking down a dildo for all I care.
For all [I]you[/I] care. I'd get over it if it were a good game, but if not it'd be distracting.
It's pretty fun but on the XBox the controls are complete crap, and you're going to get spawn trapped alot.
Got spawn trapped once and that was on 3 vs me. Dunno why people keep complaining about controls I haven't had a problem with em, just your normal fps controls..
