I noticed that, too, but when you make 100 list I think there is a place for more titles of the same franchise if the reasons are good.
That being said they first mention Bad Company 2 and how it's destruction was fun and how even BF4 with it's levolution doesn't give you the same feel. Then BF4 is actually mentioned on better spot than BC2 despite still being a mess. Finally BF3 is placed on the best place of all BF games which I'm okay multiplayer-wise.

Well it says this list is mainly created by users there which sent in their top15 and pcgames merged everything together. That alone makes this top 100 list kind of uninteresting for me because the top games aren't at the top because the people actually analyzed different aspects of the game. It rather was like "this game's fun.... and this game's fun... oh and this game's a bit more fun...".
If I developed a game, I would rather have it at the top by getting good valuations as a result of actual tests and analyzes by competent people than just getting voted up by random people who don't value the games on an objective level.

List seems somewhat flawed..Some bad games are there..
Sad thing about skyrim though is that if it was delayed for maybe like half a year, it would have been a great game. Instead, they released it though it wasnt complete.

Fallout 2 sucks. The wacky pop culture references, the temple of trials and other annoyances really made it suck for me

It also has a a deep and interesting world, and atmosphere that mixes hope and nuclear depression. Characters are interesting and role-playing has never been outdone by any other game.
Pcgamer made a handy form in case anyone disagrees with the list.

You know there are a lot of good console ports to PC, right? You'd be missing on a lot. I'm sure others can give you examples.

Me too, but that's not what he said. But yeah, GTA IV's modding community makes up for the shitty port it is for instance.
