Seems sort of empty. And once you do, assuming you might, get into the game industry, this idea might seem not so good once you realize a great story, or at least a little backstory is needed in a game.
Although I like games with mindless destruction, idea's like this are brought up very often with game designers, and it is either too big of a task to have an open-world destruction game, or they just don't appreciate the idea, because most of the idea's for these games have little or no story.
