Blink Strike having up to 5 charges is going to change the fuck out of Riki, I can see it now. He could actually easily win a 2v1 situation with it now if done right, just jump between peeps constantly dealing 450 damage between the two, plus damage from right click attacks (I can see getting about two backstabs in before having to blink away to someone else).

3-ancient dragon pushes are gonna suck so much
the 2 rune thing really encourages supports to guard and even fight over the rune cause otherwise nobody will win mid
also offlaners will love to camp rune spot and if they get bounty, they will be miles ahead and will want to go ganking with those levels they got

At least it'll make him at least somewhat viable in the lategame instead of turning into shit after the 20 minute mark.

That MS/AS slow dissipates so quickly, it's almost unnoticable in many cases.
And PL's illusions last so little, there's barely time to even use that Doppleganger.

the bonus is to let it scale later into the game, so it'd give 50g/50xp at minute 0 and 70g/100xp at minute 10 etc
A huge deal about HP removal changes is that Urn and Wave of Terror will now probably stop blinking and salves/clarities.

I also apparently need to renounce my probably irrational hate of Bloodstone since now it builds from an item with an immediately useful active.
I've only played with bots but the reworked Phantom Lancer seems like a complete anal devastator now. Not very useful for pushing anymore but extremely useful for ganking and teamfights, I mean for fuck's sake you can have up to 15 illusions out at one time with Manta Style, and they all have the ability to run super fast. New Meta as fuck.
Also I'm seeing a lot of tweaking geared toward making the early game more active, there's a lot of power being shifted to the early levels on a bunch of abilities. That plus the bounty rune giving supports a bit of an edge means a generally more evened out experience. In theory you get more intense action from beginning to end.

He's near impossible to kill now unless you have some crazy aoe that can clear his illusions.
From what I've seen the new PL is an insanely strong chaser.

How will Techies' Land Mines and Suicide Squad damage type and amount change affect it?
More damage amount from Composite, to less damage amount and Physical. On average, will this do more or less damage than it normally does now?

Most abilities that were composite and now physical pretty much do the same to heros.
Techie landmines actually was hit the hardest i think cus it doesn't one shot melee creeps anymore and less damage to towers

50% chance to make illusions on agility carry.
The only issue is that your illusions have super low change to make illusions so it's gonna be really easy to see the source of all the illusions. Also his agility gain got fucked up.
Literally the only thing my friend knows about Dota 2 is "Phantom Lancer has a 4.2 adgee gain" because I said how absurd it was a couple times while playing, he's going to be disappointed when he finds out it isn't true anymore.
