I finally figured how exactly Valve devises the arcana for the various heroes:
- If he/she's a non-demon hero, they make him/her a demon
- If he/she's already a demon, they put him/her on fire
(The Legion Commander arcana does both things)

I'm trying to imagine how aracans can work for some other heroes, they have to be something huge to justify that $35 price tag. Effects, model changes, voice lines and reworks, the whole shebang.

So far I've come up with:

Omniknight becomes a possessed avatar of the Omniscience himself. Heavily altered voice with new lines if not a completely new voice. Hella cool effects, lines changed from, "The Omnisience knows your sins" to "[I]I KNOW YOUR SINS,[/I]" etc.
Also glowy eyes.
