they're 35 pounds each?
on pc i dont think theres a legit way to get all 37
on an unpatched console, maybe yeah

Jesus, nothing like doing a runthrough of Vault 11 to remind me how dark this game can be (and almost constantly is).
i didnt like most of the vaults in NV
the vault overgrown with plants would probably be my fave due to art design of plants vs. steel walls and the comical ways you can light the gas leak
the vault with the radiation but awesome guns kicked my ass
Just a heads up: you're gonna have to extract the weapon files from the game's files first. After that it's smooth sailin', the editor itself is really newbie friendly
Do note that the changes won't apply to the ammo you're currently carrying due to how the game handles stuff, so you're either gonna have to play for a bit with the unchanged stuff or say bye bye to your cache of 7.62
Well fuck. I'm sitting on like 4,000 rounds of 7.62 after that last mission. That's awful. I assume it basically makes it a different item in the eyes of the game, so if I start picking up other 7.62 it won't stack but will be FMJ?
I'm at the point in Honest Hearts where [sp]I have to decide whether to help Daniel get the people out or to help Joshua in slaughtering the White Legs.[/sp] Can someone give me a run-down of which path results in what? i.e. karma gains/losses, storyline effects, etc.
I don't think there's much Karma involved. [sp]I always went with Joshua to wipe out the other tribe. Bunch of savages that rely on raiding others to survive? Yeah, I won't help the good tribe to evacuate, they deserve to stay. Then make Joshua spare the leader and you get good ending out of it, too.[/sp]

What about Vault 11?
Is there any mods that adds new casino games?
vault 11 was pretty spooky but not like Stalker X18 etc.
i didnt like the fact there wasnt much in the way of missions in the Vault 11... you would think every vault would be full on missions big time
for me, vault 11 revolved around stealth boy and robo expert perk (this is a crap way to do it but)

But what about the story of Vault 11?
Don't you have to cheat anyway to get all the bars of gold, I remember only being able to bring like 10 at most with all the perks and 10 strength or something and that it specifically had something to do with the DLC's theme about "Letting go" since you can't bring all the bars.
You can escape while overencumbered through the way Elijah comes out, it just takes some good timing and high sneak.
Having just beat Old World Blues, I can safely say it is definitely my favorite of the first three. I still have Lonesome Road to do, but OWB was awesome.

OWB was my favorite too, followed by LR, HH then DM.

no, you can actually get them without cheating.
take them all, as you agree with scientist crazy dude to meet him, sneak out the moment you exit the room through the corridor in front of you and make way to the exit as scientist dude walks in to the chamber, he gets pissed but if you do it right you should already be homefree.
such a satisfying feeling to limp your way to the gun runners with 37 gold bars.
Is there any mods that adds new casino games?
I think the games are hardcoded and so no one has been able to really create their own iirc.
Still in the Dark has to be the fuckin longest triadic-structured quests in the history of video games
Can someone give me a garunteed mod list that works? Like, I cant seem to find any mod combination that doesnt crash or fuck up my game. Hardcore mods are what Im looking for along with a HUD mod that shows my hunger/thirst/sleep. The one I used to use doesnt play nice with Project Nevada now.
Thanks.

No, you can get them all out without cheats, you just have to savescum. There's a bunch of different ways; mine involved using a stealthboy and a bunch of turbos.
What if it were possible to get addicted to fixer? Like, how would that even work?
What if it were possible to get addicted to fixer? Like, how would that even work?
I can see how it would work, you'd need to take more fixer, or the effects of the addiction you were trying to treat would get worse than before.
Finally became dedicated to starting a ~real~ game of Fallout. I got a hang of the turn based combat and I'm having a blast. What I really like about it is that you really have to choose your words carefully when talking to people. Say the wrong thing and then you'll be swiss cheese. Like the part where you're talking to Harold, I successfully fooled him into thinking I was a robot.
a HUD mod that shows my hunger/thirst/sleep.
oHUD.
And get the Unified HUD Project while you're at it.
personally the assasin's armor, the cosmic knife, the automatic riffle, the dress, and the police pistol are the best 5 things about the seira madre. i just wish the pistol was not so crappy but at least its better than the crap guns out in the wasteland

That sucks, I would Love to play Craps
I remember hearing about a mod that introduced blackjack.
I remember hearing about a mod that introduced blackjack.
...every casino has blackjack tables
I want Hold'Em.
Crap, I must've remembered it wrong. I definitely remember talk of a mod that revamped the Strip that introduced a new casino game, but I can't remember which one.

Everyone always talks about the loot, or the gold bars, or the story as the best parts of the Sierra Madre. Not for me, they weren't. The real treasure I walked out of there with was more Sugar Bombs than any sane person has a right to.
I hated the Sierra Madre because 20mins in I was jumping around on the roof of some building and accidentally accessed an area of the map I wasn't supposed to yet. I didn't realise this for like an hour so I was just running around totally fucking lost trying to get out.
Then I realised it was my only save so I had to do some more tricky shit to get the fuck out of there.
So XRE - Cars 0.85 is out. Anyone else using it or am I the only petrolhead around here?

The BAR and enough pre-war money to buy half of the strip is my usual take. :v:
Still in the Dark has to be the fuckin longest triadic-structured quests in the history of video games
Triadic-structured? What? Also Wasteland Survival Guide is a longer quest than most AAA games are outright.

You sure it was a new casino game, and not just adding Caravan players to the casinos?
