Do you have a screen of this? I'm half considering making a John McClane companion with voice clips from the movie now.
Al ChestBreach reviewed that mod a couple days ago, actually. If all you wanna see is McClane's outfit just watch a few minutes of the first one, he plays the entire mod and thus spoils it otherwise.
What's the most recommended texture pack for new vegas?
Poco Bueno
If he says "Welcome to the party, pal." when spotting an enemy, I'm sold. Oh, and "Now I know what a TV dinner feels like." while sneaking.
It'd get annoying.
The only thing I didn't like about Honest Hearts was it didn't seem to have anything to do with.. well.. anything. It seemed completely unrelated to the main plot, and the only part of it that is ever brought up outside the DLC is Joshua Graham. That and I couldn't find any goddamn microfusion cells jesus christ obsidian what do you have against energy weapons
honest hearts was originally meant to be a portion of the caeser's legion runthrough for characters who chose to join that side it would play out as a part o getting rid of (or helping) the burned man and so on and so forth they were forced to shove new vegas out much earlier than expected so all the content was scrapped and put into honest hearts with a new narrative
It'd get annoying.
Like every other companion.
honest hearts was originally meant to be a portion of the caeser's legion runthrough for characters who chose to join that side it would play out as a part o getting rid of (or helping) the burned man and so on and so forth they were forced to shove new vegas out much earlier than expected so all the content was scrapped and put into honest hearts with a new narrative
people never really give bethesda shit for being an awful publisher to obsidian imagine if they gave them much more time and a not terrible engine to ork with
people never really give bethesda shit for being an awful publisher to obsidian imagine if they gave them much more time and a not terrible engine to ork with
bethesda were cunts to obsidian, especially in regards to the bonus metacritic thing which is just a fraction of the asshole that they were as a publisher obsidian were promised much more time to work on new vegas, but bethesda cut their time to fit it in by the holiday season, removing nearly a year and a half from estimated development time they also put more funding into voice work than in the modelling department which meant that a lot of the game had to use models and assets previously used in F3 because there was simply no time to model anything from scratch besides the most essential not to mention bethesda telling obsidian to scrap the legion playthrough because of said time constraints; because obsidian lost that year and a half, they basically tried their hardest to make the legion playthrough as unappealing as possible so players wouldn't be tempted to play the faction that they didnt have time to flesh out because of this, only the ncr playthrough is really developed, and the legion playthrough is almost nonexistent; the legion were originally written to be much less insane than they are in the current game, with more emphasis on the positive attributes of roman culture, but again, they had to cut a lot of that out and rewrite them as bad guys because of bethesda wanting a more clear division between good and evil they got around this by making the main story less about the war and more about the courier's story as per the DLC [editline]8th May 2013[/editline] basically bethesda were assholes to obsidian for a pretty long time
Obsidian is always shafted because of their business model. They're a freelance development team so they're basically temp workers en masse. Publishers also generally are more strict because all of their money is payed up front, Bethesda's case was special when it came to the bonus, I almost wonder if they had a reviewer motivated to lower it just enough.
Poco Bueno
I thought it was NMC.
What's the most recommended texture pack for new vegas?
Ojo or Poco Bueno, I'd say.

They were rushed to release KoTORII and they even offered to patch in a lot of the missing elements such as the HK factory for free, but Lucasarts didn't allow them.
It'd get annoying.
"Things are getting stranger everyday, Things are getting stranger everyday, Things are getting stranger everyday" They sure were getting stranger every day
I thought it was NMC.
Both. Install NMC first, Poco/OJO afterwards. Best of both worlds.
Or better yet, post what fuckups of characters you can make. I still find it funny Bethesda considered the Pitt morally ambiguous. The best arguments you can make for the slavers are the exact same for the Legion in New Vegas. Probably the most morally questionable thing in Fallout 3 was what you decided to do with Harold.

The Legion are full-on "slaving because it's part of our culture!" sorta thing.

You either let the current leader stay in power and possibly get a cure for the problem in the Pitt faster, or to overthrow and potentially sabotage the cure development. The development is better with Ashur because he will make sure [sp]to take care of Marie and make sure that she survives.[/sp] What will the other leader do?
Probably the most morally questionable thing in Fallout 3 was what you decided to do with Harold.
Tenpenny Tower's ghoulies was, perhaps accidentally, quite a grey area too. There was only a "You goddamn dickface" resolution and a "......well the ghoulies have nice digs but you still committed mass murder you goddamn dickface" resolution. It always bugged me that there wasn't a "Ghoulies move in, bigots move out, all live happily" option on top of that, since I almost never played a dick or a neutral.
I put Boone in a pillbox hat to take screenshots. Moral ambiguity isn't exactly something you tout in advertising. Especially when that's seemingly the only thing worth advertising from your perspective. The "moral" choice was incredibly bad, too. It basically surmounts to either saving the Pitt from both slavery the trog disorder in the near future by getting rid of a guy whose been a total asshole to you all this time, or listening to that guy and ruin everything.
So I just bought F:NV after getting well over 800 hours on it on my xbox. I've been looking into modding it, and I downloaded the nexus mod manager. So far I've found this cool mod called A World of Pain, which looked awesome. It's pretty hard to find the good ones on the nexus site, cause it's really clunky and awkward to browse. Can anyone recommend some good mods? Just as many as possible, I want this experience to be as far as possible from the vanilla game. I really like mods that add new places, quests, weapons, armor, stuff like that. I don't care about graphics. Thanks in advance!

New Vegas Bounties is pretty good.
ENB. Lots, and lots, and lots of ENBs... (That was a joke.) But on a serious note; I highly recommend CaliberX to update, increase, and make different ammo types and change a few of the odd and annoying little details about the weapons. In addition, Gtab's Improved Ammo Crafting I think is almost essential, in that with a high enough repair skill it gives you the ability to craft your own primer/powder, which was a big stopper for me from crafting ammo before since it wasn't cost-effective, typically. Next I'd recommend More Perks for new, additional, relatively-lore-friendly perks as you level. As well as NVEC for all sorts of reasons. Keep in mind with it, though, that the 'Reduce CTDs' ESP, causes my rig to CTD... :/ As well as several more. Whenever I use the Nexus, I typically browse by category and turn the option to most endorsments for whatever I'm looking for. But that's just me.
