If I get the deluxe version of New Vegas, do I get every DLC?
So I recently found out what happens when you target grenades or dynamite in VATS.

GOTY forever and always.
It is for this reason alone that steady is the most useful chem in the game

Yes, New Vegas Ultimate gives every DLC.

Does that actually improve your aim with projectiles in VATS? I think I once tried VATsing a grenade (or possibly a Fat Man payload) and it miscalculated grievously, sending me flying away in a spray of limbs and gibs. I never used it again for projectiles after that.

If you're in a bad spot, you can end up throwing the grenade at the cieling or something, but that's only if you're not positioned right.
Oh my god, look at the front page of the New Vegas nexus :suicide:
I'm done
Right next to a revamp of the default races :c
So that mean this is equal to something that took real work.
It's ponies. Nobody cares. Tons of shit goes onto the front page.
What the fuck is wrong with radscorpions in my game, half of them appear stuck halfway in the ground and sink back down on death. And occasionally this turns up as well.
[T]http://imageshack.us/a/img59/1228/fpjg.jpg[/T]
At one point a radscorpion corpse suddenly flung out of the ground for no reason and flew off skywards.

He somehow finally managed to get to the Strip this time.

The hot files are entirely endorsement driven. New Vegas modding is pretty much at a stand still these days so shit like pony mods and other mediocre shit is sitting in the hot files with things like a whopping 12 endorsements. This is also how Millenia can take over the entire hot files display if he releases a bunch of weapons in a two week span, much to the constant complaining of authors like the ones that make the pony mods.

Take trigger discipline as one of your traits and you don't need it to do that :v:

VATS is notoriously shit at aiming projectiles that have physics applied to them. It simply doesn't account for the drop caused by gravity in any way. Using VATS + the MIRV is a guaranteed suicide, and as you found out the Fat Man commonly does it too.
If possible, can someone briefly explain the mods for Fallout 3 do in the OP?
get fallout wanderers edition
Are there any mods that increase the level cap in Fallout 3
If I get the deluxe version of New Vegas, do I get every DLC?
you even get the steam pre-order dlc
so it's worth it.

I just dump all that shit for later-game. Always felt too OP.
I just started FO2 the other day. I can barely hit a fucking rat, I always miss. What's a good build for someone that has hardly played a turn based fallout?

Max agility, high charisma, tag small guns and speech
High charisma just means more followers to get in your way or burst fire crit you accidentally on purpose.
But definitely start with Gifted trait.
In Fallout 1 I always end up slaughtering Junktown since Ian kills Killian every single time
Perception affects your chance to hit, Agility affects the number of hits you can make (and your small guns skill which is probably the most important in the game), and Luck affects your critical chance.
There's a perk you can earn near the end of the game which makes every hit critical if you have 10 Luck so starting high is a good idea. Shooting for the eyes also increases your critical chance.
Anyway, these are basically what you need for a small guns build, which is by far the easiest way to play. Starting out with a high luck will make it easier to cripple Golden Geckos' legs, which will make them hobble away and make it easier.

Also, you can increase your Charisma by [sp]3[/sp] points throughout the game without taking any perks, so no matter what you should be able to have enough party members (they're useless at the end of the game unless you plan to fight your way through it).
After telling tomas that his lucky charm necklace was more of an death wish he just gave it to me and thanked for warning about it. And then he just went for a long walk to california for some reason.

Godspeed tomas, you magnificent npc.
Does the Mysterious Stranger glitch out a lot in NV leaving you stuck in VATS? Would Miss Fortune be a better option?

I bought it yesterday
Does the Mysterious Stranger glitch out a lot in NV leaving you stuck in VATS? Would Miss Fortune be a better option?
na, but it does glitch out sometimes when both of them pop up and rape someone simultaniouslly and i'm just sitting there unable to fire my gun because every target is dead but this is very rare as the odds of having both at the same time are rather low

vats for the wings, then they're just as fast as molerat babies and you can pick them off easily. they're more of the cautionary tale of don't ever go exploring with your weapon holstered
[editline]3rd September 2013[/editline]
also after playing old world blues, cazadore's are very easy to kill [sp]because most of their damage comes from their poison and if you get the one enhancement back that makes u immune to poison they just do a little damage[/sp]
