Nope. But I am pretty sure that your kicks get upgraded a lot more.
Started an unarmed run in Fallout 2, never done unarmed or melee in the original fallouts. Do kick attacks still use the weapon you have equipped e.g. spiked knuckles?
No, they don't. At the begining knuckles are more effective then regular punches. If you invest into agility, luck and str you unlock special attacks, which are more effective then knuckles due to crit bonuses. Spam hammer punches and be bruce lee. Power fists are good though.
What does TTW do about perks and levelling from both games? [editline]6th September 2013[/editline] Does it combine all of the perks from FO3/NV and do you get one perk every level?
I don't think the perk rate changes but it does just sort of dump them all into one pool. Taking Almost Perfect is a bag of lulz.
Jazzisparis does it again! This time he's created an improved fast-travel mod that lets you choose to go anywhere on the map.
Now I want a Farcry 2-esque map for Fallout/TES
"Only"? I'm lucky if I stockpile three at once.
I never use chems so this is from my journey of around 60 hours. Only times ive evers used some was when my pipboy upgrade used them [editline]6th September 2013[/editline]
http://filesmelt.com/dl/JackSellsMoreChems.esp Done. He should sell a lot more chems now.
Okat, thanks ill check that out
Can't that cause some crashes if you teleport to the wrong spots?
Probably less than it might seem, as I recall most of the outside of the map is just irradiated wasteland.
Can you strap your pipboy on someone else and teleport them into a wall?
I don't forsee any crashing, but I can quite easily see it wrecking some scripts or putting you in a no-man's land.
guys gimme mods i need mods
I just downloaded a shitton of mods. This should be fun if my computer doesn't melt down, of course Okay, so when I use FOSE to load up, it doesn't seem to recognize Windows Live, so it won't let me play, cause I need Windows Live to use my save files. Unless I can just start a new save and it will be there the next time I load up FOSE. Should I give you guys my mod list?

Just when you think you've seen everything the engine's thrown at you, it surprises you yet again. I let go of forward and I immediately accelerated towards a wall and flew up it as if it was a stunt ramp. [editline]6th September 2013[/editline] come to think of it, I think I installed Altimor's physics DLL (or was that Skyrim...?), though I don't think that's the underlying cause since I can't seem to replicate this.
there's some parts of fallout 3 with marts mutant mod where you either have to use cheats to win or use a steath boy and get the fuk out of there brb huge group of enclave enemies + assload of ghouls chasing me brb tgm mirv
Real men complete the entire game on foot
i don't know why but i lost every taste of fast travelling in bethesda games so i'm pretty much doing the game on foot (and on car when i'm not randomly exploding on bumps)

I had just left Megaton with a good supply of ammo, and had to use almost all of it to down them. I seriously had to kite them in a circle just to avoid getting mauled to death.
i don't know why but i lost every taste of fast travelling in bethesda games so i'm pretty much doing the game on foot (and on car when i'm not randomly exploding on bumps)
Well, you know why you they won't let you drive Highwayman in towns in Fallout 2 - centuries old nuclear cars do have a habit of randomly exploding.
Quick question What looks best? With trooper helmet or Combat helmet?
Quick question What looks best? With trooper helmet or Combat helmet?
goggle hat
In case you lose a pair.
you can wear two goggles at once if you want you would then be "Six-Eyes"
Having some issues with Fallout Tactics. I'm at the Jefferson mission, but the problem I'm having is that it crashes while loading. Everything else goes fine; I get in my humvee, drive there, skip or fight a thousand different groups in the 3 sectors I cross, etc.. I tell it to enter the combat zone, it goes to the loading screen, CTDs about 1/3rd of the way through or so. Is it the humvee that's doing it? I was gonna go in the APC but that thing's ungodly slow and I'm more interested in getting to the mission faster than having excessive amounts of HP and DR.
So, i've done most of what there is to done do in the mojave. And i wanted to try some high quality mods, problem is, i don't want to do all that copy/ paste files here/there/everywhere. Due to the fact i'm certain i will horribly fuck it up. And the game itself with it, which is a horrifying thought in of itself. Is there an alternative way? Do some mods have installers/launchers?

Uh .esm files are master files? [editline]7th September 2013[/editline] you must be thinking of the .esp files
