I assume he means how Dog eats them, but could also be that if you blow their limbs off while they're down - or cut them off, which is what I did - they don't get back up.

I recently finished downloading New Vegas. So far I'm disappointed cause I maxed out the graphics, but it's only marginally better than consoles. But it's ok cause I got New Vegas for mods and not graphics. What are some fun things to do with console commands?

With that perk I never had to dismember or disintergrate them.

Just hitting them until they're dead works, great if you use the guns. wow I'm bad at reading all the posts

Gun shop owners might have a few. Junk dealers, like Crazy Wolfgang, tend to have the parts but might also have some schematics. What's-his-name, the old guy who sells RL-3, should have some as well.

A better option would be Ojo Bueno or Poco Bueno. Both are extremely well made texture packs, and improve the game's visuals by a shitload. Also a good way to add some meat to the visuals is to get a mod that adds Depth of Field, it really makes the desert look deserty. Get a weather mod as well, Nevada Skies URWLified adds weather effects and changes the lighting to be prettier. This post is partially aimed at you, and cqbcat.

I've been getting really weird bugs as of late. I loaded a save once to land back at Vault 101 with no name, no stats, no nothing. I entered my pipboy and the game was still active causing me to get wrecked by a Super Mutant, which was pretty hilarious. And just now I got low-light vision despite not eating or doing anything.

Is it even possible to stealth-kill someone in the Hidden Valley bunker? I'm replaying through the game with a hardcore Legion character and I'd like to do everything in a different way from my first playthrough.

At least I'm sure you can kill Paladin Ramos without anyone noticing.

When I tried to kill any other character, even with Stealth Boy on and staying hidden after I kill my target, everyone in the bunker turns hostile.

It might work, but I'm pretty sure they won't be happy if you do it.

Guess everyone in that bunker has 11 perception or something.

There any mods that change how traveling merchants work in Vegas? I want to try playing a raider.
