What's a God?
Seriously, with in-game dialogue, it's pretty much alluded that Christianity is forgotten or something. I may be wrong though.
yay an overhaul that doesn't use models from mw3
actually i'm fairly certain that one dude's shemagh+goggles thing is from BF3 but at least it's only using small bits

I could swear that there's multiple references to traditional religion, not including the whole "alpha and omega" plot thing in FO3.
I haven't played New Vegas in awhile and I'm ready for a new playthrough. I've lost most of my knowledge of mods and the like, could you guys recommend some mods (visual, gameplay, radio, etc.)? I'm not sure where to start.
anyone else like listening to the enclave radio?
eden has just the best voice to listen to, like a grandpa, and hearing the music just makes me feel patriotic, especially the song, "America"
makes you almost forget that the Enclave are a bunch of elitist pricks that want to commit genocide on non-"pure" beings.

Marriage is still a thing, and it seems to occur in churches and such (Modoc and New Reno).
Direct references to Christianity are in 3 and New Vegas, but not in the earlier ones.
I think Fallout Tactics or Van Buren had Mormons, but I'm not sure.

level 18, carrying enough energy weapons to wipe a small country off the map and maxed out unarmed, i decided to toss caesar's salad
it got me like 20 ballistic fists and a displacer glove

christianity and mormonism are still very prevalent in NV, but the Courier doesnt know anything about it, like high schools, fish, or communism
are those helmets from McReady's armor? If so, great use for it.
Pretty sure there are direct references to Mormonism in New Vegas. The Old Mormon Fort notwithstanding, the residents of New Canaan are all implied, if not directly stated somewhere, to be Mormon, and both Joshua Graham and his pacifist pal whose name escapes me quote from the Bible.

Did you play Honest Hearts at all?

Nope.
You meet a NCR soldier at Camp Golf who says he was raised christian and in Point Lookout you meet a christian missionary.
After more than 10 years in development, Fallout 1.5: Resurrection is complete.
http://resurrection.cz/en/
Fallout 1.5 is a Fallout 2 expansion following events taking place between Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 in New Mexico, east of Core Region. It is also said to be much darker than Fallout 2. Can't really tell you much about the story at this point, other than that you wake up in a cave, battered, not being able to remember anything and with some equipment lying around you including a damaged pip boy with broken memory module. You only recall your name when you find a talisman. Perhaps the whole game will be about looking for these clues that unblock parts of your memory.
There's one minor issue, though, the game is not yet translated to English. It's originally written in Czech. And their translators aren't exactly top-notch.
I really like that youtube video where this guy beats up a mother deathclaw on very hard with just his fists and the ballistic fist or something. Can't find it though and I bet when I'll try it I will suck hard at it

Raunchy Rules Boxing confirmed for the greatest sporting series in the wasteland.
Hey guys, I have a question about the Hoover Dam battle(Don't have New Vegas yet, so don't get confused)
Which factions can support you and how do they support you? I know the Boomers use either artillery or the bomber, and I know about the Remnants, but that's it.

You can support the NCR, Caesar's Legion, a guy who is affiliated with the New Vegas strip, and [sp]yourself[/sp]

bad reading there mate
i said which support you, not which you support
What was the package the courier carried to the divide? was it a G.E.C.K? that such a destruction?
It was an ICBM detonator he carried from Navarro by order of the NCR and it detonated a majority of the warheads there.
It was an eyebot that activated all the nukes filled with Plot Amnesia and death.
I don't know who your referring to when you said amnesia, but it's been stated several times that courier six doesn't have amnesia.
bad reading there mate

You can convince the Khan's to launch a suicide attack on your enemies if you're a dick.
You can convince the Brotherhood to protect it from the Legion.
You can get the Enclave Remnants to come in with a Vertibird.
You can get the Boomers to do a bombing run.
You can also, depending on what route you choose, take a couple of Securitrons with you.
It was an eyebot that activated all the nukes filled with Plot Amnesia and death.
the Courier doesn't have amnesia, it's just that the bombs only activated after he left. presumably he doesn't remember the Divide pre-bombing because he either left it very quickly or the bombs took a fuck of a long time to activate, giving the townspeople enough time to thrive, then die.
yeah
just bought new vegas deluxe
now i can finally understand what you're talking about at times
I was wondering why Julie Farkas had a mohawk for ages, and today I realized it's a callback to Nicole from FO1.

I liked the little callback to Lou Tenant you hear from the one guy in Old Mormon Fort during the Kings quest.
I like the callback to Marcus what with the Marcus.
i like the callback to when i got neglected
oh hey i got new vegas installed
now what's the process of getting mods ready for installation
i already got NVSE, and I assume I'll need Archive Invalidation or something
and which of the New Vegas Uncut series do you recommend?
Hey it's me again, and that means that Bethesda put another one of their limited edition shirts on sale. This time it's the "Grim Reper's Sprint" perk, so I guess it's just in time for halloween! This shirt is going to disapear forever on October 11, so grab it while it's there.

There's also new stuff that is going to stay in the shop from Fallout and some other games. The highlight for me is this shirt:

which is also reversible with a Vault-Tec symbol.
