'cause the custom race's probably ported from Oblivion, AKA The Bad Old Days Of Oiled Up Barbies
Nah. There's oiled skins for the common NV body replacers floating around. They're still fucking ugly though.
I don't think Naky'd like that, he already said he wanted TA to be hard to find, because if any Nexus modder whose guns are in it found it, he'd have a hell of a shitstorm on his hands.
I remember a similar armory mod for Fallout 3 (apocalypse armory, I think it was called) that the author put heaps of work into getting permissions and stuff to combine all the weapon mods he could into one big one. It got taken down because apparently some of the original weapon modders were actually plagiarizing, which is a shame because it was probably one of the best Fallout 3 mods.
New PnP log for you guys to completely disregard Fallout: PnP Edition: Log 4: Chapter 4: Subtitle Four: Pun http://pastebin.com/VvLQnL1F Wherein no mercy is shown, pulpy messes are created, I make things up somehow semi-coherently on the spot, deals are brokered, players disconnect, Thunder is wiped from history, families reunited, and an excessive amount of loot is acquired for absolutely no work and at the cost of 8 or so bullets.
Doesn't that turn a lot of people off from using it, though?
Better have a few users less than risk a wronged Nexus modder's wrath. [editline]12th May 2013[/editline] also, ^this guy is a great GM
Doesn't that turn a lot of people off from using it, though?
I don't give no fucks about the amount of people using it nor do I give any fucks about taking credit for the work done on it, etc. I originally made The Armory for myself and released it on SA for SA users to use too after mentioning that I did it, forgetting entirely as a user who has been on a paid forum for 12 years can forget, that Games forum from time to time is made public for lurkers to view as a 'preview' to boost registrations. I'm well aware that what we've done with it isn't acceptable by any means, but then we never intended for it to be a mainstream mod in the first place. Plus it's chock full of commercial ports and other crap. To be honest, I'm not really happy with TA at all and despite our attempts to improve the quality and do things right, we still made an awful lot of mistakes with it too - mistakes I've since learned from and done right with Millenia's releases. 3.0 will be our last and final release and I fully intend to more or less forget about the whole thing from then.

RIP Claps With Thunder His cock blocking will not be missed but hey guess who's earned himself a spot on the team now
Fucking hell there's no need to spaz out about it. Jeez. Just a question.
:l
You told me an hour. That was not an hour. That was over four hours. :|
Better have a few users less than risk a wronged Nexus modder's wrath.
I doubt most people would even give a shit, it's not like he's profiting from someone else's work.
I doubt most people would even give a shit, it's not like he's profiting from someone else's work.
Someone with a swollen ego is bound to get butthurt over it.
Should i avoid doing dead money halfway through it seems really tedious and the reward doesn't seem worth the effort
I hopped over the walls of Tenpenny Tower, and killed em all in the name of freedom for ghouls. To experiment, I hopped back over, went to the intercom. I was told to get out.
I hopped over the walls of Tenpenny Tower, and killed em all in the name of freedom for ghouls. To experiment, I hopped back over, went to the intercom. I was told to get out.
Reminds me of the time I told the Boomer bazookaman to go fuck himself, and climbed up the cliffs to the left, jumping into the base and over the fence, far away from him. I snuck around for a bit, until when I inevitably ran into people, they kept going on about some Pearl person and how she had let me in, and I had no idea what was going on. Half an hour of stumbling around later, and at least one half-finished quest, I made my way back to the regular entry, where he acted like I was on the other side and things went normally. That was an interesting bit of sequence breaking, but totally worth it. Fuck that puzzle.
Should i avoid doing dead money halfway through it seems really tedious and the reward doesn't seem worth the effort
Trust me, the reward's worth it. If you can get out with it.
I'm truly jealous of those of you using 100 mods for New Vegas. At around 40 I get an infinite loading loop if I try to load a save. Also can't use NVSE cause it always crashes my game after 30 minutes to an hour of playing. Fallout 3 is even worse. I modded it, played it up until after saving dad from Vault 112, now it crashes every few steps I take. Only Bethesda game I can run grand with mods is Skyrim, still only 30 to 40, but with script extender.
:l
Should've actually been there then
I doubt most people would even give a shit, it's not like he's profiting from someone else's work.
Buddy, you don't know Nexus modders. The second some entitled neckbeard saw one of his poorly modeled guns in someone else's mod, he'd start threatening to sue for theft of his work or something. I've seen this shit happen, and it ain't pretty.
What mods do you guys think are so good that EVERYONE should download it for NV?
What mods do you guys think are so good that EVERYONE should download it for NV?
The Armory
What mods do you guys think are so good that EVERYONE should download it for NV?
Project Nevada and J.E. Sawyer's Mod, which is pretty much a Director's Cut version of the game.
I can provide a link for Apocalypse Armory if anyone wants it.
I can provide a link for Apocalypse Armory if anyone wants it.
For Fallout 3 or New Vegas? because there are too many different versions or names
[img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/FONV21.jpg[/img_thumb]
Looks like God is all oiled up and ready to go, if you catch my drift.
various mods testing [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/FONV31.jpg[/img_thumb]
Andy looks straight outta Modern Warfare 2 in this one.
Looks like God is all oiled up and ready to go, if you catch my drift.
Hitler is probably "spinning in his grave".
Almost satisfied with my game. So far the only problem Im having is that a lot of textures become transparent for some reason. One more question, is the a way I can increase my LOD?
That looks like ass.
For Fallout 3 or New Vegas? because there are too many different versions or names
It is Fallout 3 only. A friend and I made a port for New Vegas but it is not fully done yet and it would actually be better to just download Naky's Armory if you want something like it for NV.
I think I might try another really survival heavy Fallout playthrough. Do you guys know any mods that would make the game kind of like Metro 2033 on Ranger difficulty?
