That actually looks exactly like that.
i'm thinking of going to dead wind cavern soon to get the mercy grenade gun. I'm currently around level ten, using food and such to keep me alive my companions are Veronica, Cass, Arcade w/Q-35, and Benny, might get Raul before when going to get Annabelle missile launcher on a scale of 1 to complete butt devastation, how fucked in the ass am i? note: i had encountered a group of four deathclaws on the road that required two mini-nukes fired from esther and archimedes ii to eventually kill all of them
Completely and utterly buttfucked.
A saloon So the Prospector Saloon in Goodsprings totally reminds me of this
What game is that?
gaggle o' pictures time *angry people*
I love those angry faces in 3/NV. Especially in the beginning of 3 when you say something mean to Butch.
The only analogy I've ever found for Gamebryo faces is 'microwave ovens'.
There is a difference actually. It shapes the future of Vegas to come. Which doesn't make much sense in my opinion because in the final monologue you hear how the great NCR takes care of everyone but throughout the game you hear how the NCR doesn't have enough soldiers and is overall too busy to take care of the entire Mojave.

With the Legion gone and everything shaped up the NCR only has to deal with a few fiends/raiders, something they're easily able to do.
well to be fair, if you play the DLC's you understand why the NCR doesn't have enough manpower, [sp]they lost a shitload of men in the divide, they took the road there because it was one of the few intact highway systems[/sp]
Independent ending and making all the good decisions in the game is the most mary sue ending instead of ncr actually.
I'm going through Honest Hearts and I keep getting a CTD every 30-45 minutes or when I attempt to fast travel. Here's my load order: [t]http://scr.pancaek.eu/Fallout_New_Vegas_Data_Files_2013-10-18_16-36-41.png[/t]

So that isn't actually your load order. [editline]18th October 2013[/editline] Get the Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM) it is pretty much an essential, regardless of whether you use a lot of mods or not.
Ah, my apologies. Here's the load order the Nexus Mod Manager has: [t]http://scr.pancaek.eu/2013-10-18_16-50-49.png[/t]
i think the idea is that if you're a good guy, you've basically killed everyone who could have been a significant threat. like, just the amount of Fiends you gun down would be more than enough to make handling them easy for the NCR, and with those three bounties dead plus Motor Runner, that area of Vegas would be the safest it's been since the bombs dropped. really, the Courier is so OP that the NCR wouldn't even need that many troops to largely secure Vegas and the surrounding areas. all the raiders are dead, the gangs and factions are severely messed up if they didn't ally with the NCR (which would add a lot to their power), the Legion has fucked off and lost a lot of dudes in the process, and even the casinos have lost a lot of their former strength.
I think this is sort of an issue of gameplay and story segregation, wherein you're more powerful than any NPC (regardless of AI), or even group of NPCs in your position would be. So, when you go through the wasteland and clear out all the threats and leave only peaceful/cooperative parties in the area, of course it's going to be easier. I mean in the best NCR ending, you convince their various leaders to ally with every non-deadly faction, which is really in their best interest because local 'government' groups working under the NCR umbrella is ultimately going to be accepted more easily than taking them over through force. Assuming the Khans moved up north, the Fiends are gone, the casino swindlers are gone, the cannibalism problem is solved, the Followers are free to provide medical care to Freeside, and you distributed the power evenly (among other things) then you're going to have a more generally better environment to operate in. It's still far from ideal, since the Legion could potentially regroup at some point and you're still in a hellscape, but it's okay. To me it feels like you actually solved something, even if it's mostly on you and not the factions themselves. That kind of dependency isn't so great.
why do all those super mutants wear those snarl-makers it makes them look angry all the time maybe because they're all the incredible hulk
http://fallout.answers.wikia.com/wiki/Why_do_the_West_Coast_Super_Mutants_have_leather_straps_holding_their_lips_up Bilabial consonants, man. The Master was going to construct a superior language better adapted to the wastes, free from the constraints of b and v, but then someone fucked it all up.
well to be fair, if you play the DLC's you understand why the NCR doesn't have enough manpower, [sp]they lost a shitload of men in the divide, they took the road there because it was one of the few intact highway systems[/sp]
Nope. It's because of the Brotherhood war and the fact they massively underestimated the size and threat of the Mojave. [editline]19th October 2013[/editline] Also, just a reminder that if you go for the NCR you approve of leaving the little guy to die in the dirt, since the NCR do not give a SHIT about 90% of the small wasteland territories, and places like Freeside. They just want The Strip and Hoover Dam for their monetary and power gains so they can expand.
Completely random, but the talk of NV's ending made me think of it. One thing that really annoyed the hell out of me about the NCR path towards the end was their relationship with the Brotherhood. If you managed to get a peace agreement between the NCR and the Brotherhood, then the Brotherhood agree to send some troops to help at the Dam. Their heavily armed, power armored, specially trained troops. To shoot the NCR's enemies. Why does that get you negative NCR rep. I mean sure, by that time in the game the reputation loss is both meaningless and negligible at best, but it's the very idea that they got mad at you for increasing their own readiness because they hold an old grudge that irritates me.
THE ELUSIVE GROUND CAZADOR [t]http://i.imgur.com/tbBfL8R.png[/t]
I killed a giant cazador in HH once and it disappeared. Turns out it wanted to become Silly Putty and stretched from a river to the house behind the general store. If I shot it, it would slowly slink back to where it originally died :v:

How do you add bash tags to a plugin? Thanks in advance.

The NCR in New Vegas take HELIOS due to prior engagements with the BoS. Though, for the Brotherhood to ally with them is kind of crazy, because the main Brotherhood Chapter is stuck up and would most likely disown the Mojave Chapter for it's alliance, despite the desperate circumstances.

After the extensive war with the remains of the Master's army, the NCR eventually kept pushing the Brotherhood farther and farther until they found somewhere they could hide where the NCR couldn't find them? This is ignoring the DC chapter, of course.
This is ignoring the DC chapter, of course.
Colorado remnants are still a mystery. We also don't know the locations of alot of them.
A Colorado-based Fallout game, set in the remains of Denver through Colorado Springs and featuring the Brotherhood (camped out in Cheyenne Mt.) and the Legion would be pretty cool, I think.
