Then put the face changer behind the companion mod? Its not that hard.
except the face changer is a .esm
it's this one
You could change it to an esp but that might screw up a few things.

Wouldn't hurt to try though

rainbows
Crashfort, I got these mystical pixel rainbows from URWLNV Ultimate Edition and I think the earlier Nevada Skies mods, I solved it just by playing with the load order (It also fixed a bug where the weather wasn't actually changing). For me I had to place it at the bottom of the .esm's or the .esp's.
The problem was actually because I had texture quality set to medium, increasing to large fixed it. I also changed the load order, but not sure if that made any difference. Having it on medium also caused other weird things
I think he means the Pip-boy challenges found in the Notes log
Nope, not them.
I mean you go on to a forum like this and someone sets a challenge... For example:
I challenge you to get to this point in the game only wearing leather armor and using no weapons.
Then the person who is challenged attempts it and records his attempt and posts it.
The results you get are hilarious and it makes for a good topic of discussion.
I want to play TTW but I don't own Fallout 3 goty or New Vegas Ultimate Edition. Before I go ahead with purchasing both of them I want to be sure of some things.
1. Steam says Fallout 3 isn't compatible with Windows 7, will that cause any problems that I'll need to rectify to be able to play?
2. If I already own New Vegas, but own none of the dlc, what will actually happen if I buy the Ultimate Edition?
I don't know about question two, but for question one. Fallout 3 works fine on Windows 7, from my experience. I think the only thing you'd have to worry about is the whole quad core thing that can be fixed. I ended up in the end just not bothering with getting TTW working because it would just become more of a pain in the ass to mod without it crashing on start up. For me anyway...
(I should really stay away from these games, I spend more time modding the fucking thing than playing it, the last time I did this on Skyrim. I ended up encountering Dwarven Machinery as soon as I left the tutorial... Still wondering how I achieved that)
Apparently playing through Fallout 3 with TTW is more stable than regular Fallout 3.
1. Steam says Fallout 3 isn't compatible with Windows 7, will that cause any problems that I'll need to rectify to be able to play?
Fallout 3 itself is unpredictable. You should be OK if you intend to use TTW, but if you launch Fallout3.exe, any manner of issue could crop up, or none at all.
In my case all I had to do was dick around with compatibility settings.

What I *think* it will do is just grant you all the DLC. Maybe. Not 100% on that, I got most of the DLC on release day.

You get whatever DLC you don't own.
At least that happened to me when I bought it to get whatever DLC I hadn't purchased already.
Who should I side with in The Pitt?

In the Dead Money DLC so are you supposed to activate 2 holograms for Dean, the problem is that I cant aceses the second terminal due to my secience skill begin to low. Do I have to load back to the Mojave Wasteland, and work up my secience skill and redo everything in Dead Money? Dont know if any of this counts as spoilers.

You should save Dead Money until you're a really high level so you can get all of the skill checks because some of them are really bad
Magazines and Mentats can give you a small boost as well.
I'll never get used to the damn subways in Fallout 3. It's a giant claustrophobic maze, especially now that I've given up on fast travel, it's a pita compared to FO:NV where everything is nice and in the sun.

Thanks! Does it matter if you choose DoG or God?

The subway system was genuinely scary. Moreso than any horror game I've recently played.
For those of you that still play fallout 3... I have a challenge for you.
The Survival Challenge.
The parameters for this challenge are:
Play on very hard
No visiting shops anything you use you must salvage from the wasteland
Only carry things you would be able to carry in real life. If you find new armor and decide to use it you must leave your old armor behind.
You can only carry 1 pistol, 1 hunting rifle, 1 set of clothes/armor, a little bit of food/health items that you salvage.
You cannot search through mirelurks or ghouls as in real life you wouldn't search through a beast that was full of radiation.
No VATS ever.
And finally if you die you die... No reloading your game.
Post your results on here :)
i wish after you complete Honest Hearts you could go back and get the companions to join you
would have loved to introduce follows-chalk to the amazing world of blackjack and hookers

I wish you could become the elder for the brotherhood of steel and kill all of the NCR and Caesars Legion.
Who should I side with in The Pitt?
i say go against ash
you get his neat power armor, and fight a buttload of enemies at the same time.

I did Honest Hearts wrong so instead of going to the camp right away I pretty much explored everything with Follows Chalk and he basically became my favourite companion and when I found out he was only temporary I go so fucking sad :(
Thanks! Does it matter if you choose DoG or God?
Choose God.

You might aswell just get FWE since the difficulties in FO3 are unbalanced as shit
It would be really easy for a while. Then you got to point lookout and get killed immediately by bullet proof hillbillies.

as much as no vats sounds fun...combat in fallout is just boring without vats because its just a couple guys standing a few feet apart shooting at each other with no regards for personal survival such as taking cover or...not standing in the open

Challenges are used for that reason.
