Wait, so they'll announce it on the 11th of december then? That's quite quick
Here's the registration by Zenimax http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=thesurvivor2299.com
Wrong registrar and DNS servers, at least compared to their other domains. And the IP is Polish. And I doubt they'd go with DD/MM/YY considering they're an American company.
sounds like half life 3 part 2
Just came here to ask a question but now my hype is on. But still: I love Fallout 3 / NV but have never tried the originals. They are on sale for like £4 but I don't really know if I will like them. 20 mins to decide.
And I doubt they'd go with DD/MM/YY considering they're an American company.
you use dd/mm/yy in morse wherever you live
I'd say wait for the next sale for the GOTY edition (yes it's worth) as it will come down to like 5$ top
Yeap, thought about it. Either that or the thing we're not supposed to talk about.
Yeap, thought about it. Either that or the thing we're not supposed to talk about.
What thing we're not supposed to talk about? New Vegas? Fallout Tactics?
Piracy
Piracy
Aaahh....yeah that. But you know, 5$ is not much, I'm pretty sure you can scrape that before the sale
Fuck sake I just had to go do something and now the sale ended. Nevermind :/
WOOOOOHOOOO FALLOUT 4 WERE WE GO!
This is putting me in such a good mood
This is putting me in such a good mood
The site might be fake, but the hype is real
11.12.13 yeah just checked morse again. missed a dash [editline]14th November 2013[/editline] guys its taking place in bridgeport totally
Just to note, underneath this, there's this text: Which leads to Fall River. So two locations?
Aaahh....yeah that. But you know, 5$ is not much, I'm pretty sure you can scrape that before the sale
No Steam Workshop support either though.. Which is the reason I actually bought Skyrim after first having pirated it.
i love how among the high-tech stuff there's baseball bats
Sometimes, when you need to Bash Heads, you need to do it the old fashioned way
I wish the game industry worked like a feudal system so Obsidian can usurp Bethesda and claim all their shit to make a Fallout game worthy of the gods.
So about mods, can anyone list me some good ones? Surfed through Nexus for some already but anyway.
There were mentions earlier about the domain being registered in Poland. A new JavaScript file was added to the page that controls the countdown has references to Poland in it. The last function on the page:
function naprawaCzasu(obj){ s = ''; if(obj < 10){ obj = '0' + obj; } return obj; }
Naprawa is a village in Poland and Czasu is the Polish word for time. Other variable names like boxGodzText reference the Polish word for hour, godzina. The only logical explanation is CDProjekt Red is developing Fallout 4.
so fallout 4 hype and possibly dumbing down regardless still hype
I feel so late.

Games being developed by multiple studios at the same time would never happen.
Games being developed by multiple studios at the same time would never happen.
indie devs have done it, I know that at least.
I'd rather it be Obsidian by themselves.
best realistic scenario is Bethesda does the work and then afterwards hands it to Obsidian to refine all the work and add onto it in a conjoined effort (this is more reasonable as they've already done 3 and NV, although separately) Bethesdas great at making a huge game with lots to explore but Obsidian gives it a real charm and a really solid feel to it.
The only thing Bethesda is good at anymore is level design, even though their level design skills are just 'OK'. I honestly think that Obsidian is a lot better in terms of writing and game design. [editline]14th November 2013[/editline] Also tbh having multiple studios working simultaneously (and I don't mean just having some things outsourced) would create one clusterfuck of a game unless they have really good direction and plan.
Behold, my new Fallout character spawning off of Daughters of Ares mod. I name her: ESET NOD32 [t]http://i.minus.com/ibuF9G71xi4r0D.png[/t] Also, anyone know of an ENB that doesn't look like shit and doesn't have much of a performance hit? Currently using Enhanced Shaders or something, too laggy 4 me, and the color changes aren't to my liking. I would prefer if it used one of the newer enb binaries with ENBoost.
You can play as a robot? Holy shit. How many mods do you have? And furthermore, wanna list some of the main good mods that you have?
I'm going to pretend I'm not hyped to shit about Fallout 4 long enough to give you an update on Welsh Witch Radio. • Assuming I get a copy of Fallout 4 within a reasonable time after launch (and it has radio stations), I'll be porting WWR over. I may even port Mercenary Radio and McCarran Music Radio, depending on how broken to shit FO4's GECK is. • I think the general theme I wound up going with is "the sort of rock I expect hippies to listen to". Fleetwood Mac, Hendrix, Blind Melon? Seems to all fit into that category well enough. • Currently, I have "Stone Free" in the set list. I'm not sure it's gelling very well. However, I could be hilariously wrong, so my current game plan for release is to have two esps - one with Stone Free, and one without. Should I make a permanent decision on this song? Should I use MCM instead? Normally I would just use MCM, but it's only one song and I get a boner from having as few dependencies as possible (optional or otherwise). • I want to put some Grateful Dead in here but I don't know what song(s), as I only recently became aware of their material. Suggestions?
