That actually sounds like something Bethesda would do.
Same thing happened to Skyrim so i could see something similar happening to Fallout 4
sex with npc's was available but not graphic and some other shit.
That's the exact moment you can tell it isn't actually someone working at Bethesda.
For FO1 do a little of the main quest first, just to get rid of the time limit, then you can do whatever the fuck you want.
You can also just pay some merchants at the hub? to deliver water to your vault if you need more time.
Wow, I haven't played Fallout 1 or 2 in a long time.. Might get back into them.
That's the exact moment you can tell it isn't actually someone working at Bethesda.
to be fair, that was basically available in all previous fallout games there were prostitutes that you could have implied sex with in the original fallout's, (fallout 2 specifically had this in abundance) fallout 3 had moriarity's, and fallout:nv had the fisto as well as beatrix and so on and so forth that being said, since sex in fallout games has been pretty available for a long time, it doesnt seem like a feature that a dev would bring up since most fallout fans know its been possible in nearly every game so far pretty sure it isnt real
That's the exact moment you can tell it isn't actually someone working at Bethesda.
Just wait a week for mods to do that

My point was judging by the games they've released in the past and their tendency to cave in to pressure regarding adult content in their games I'd be amazed if you saw anything like that in a game published or developed by Bethesda, mods not withstanding.

I'm doing a Tale of Two Wastelands playthrough, and I honestly forgot how crap all of the Fallout 3 DLC was. It's all just kinda dull to play, and I often found myself just trying to get back out of the DLC as soon as I could. Seriously, who thought that going around a steel yard with very little of interest, with the point of collecting 100 steel ingots, would be fun.
but you can have none graphic sex with npcs a la fisto, beatrix, and the chick in Moriarty's in fallout 3
Well in so much as they'd say something suggestive and you fade to black. When they said Non-graphic I figured they meant something like what Mass Effect has - blurry shots of bodies all tangled up and strategic hiding of genetalia.

Going to be reinstalling a few games this weekend including STALKER and F:NV. Time to see what mods to get and how much my game/computer can handle. I'm guessing A Tale of Two Wastelands is close to essential at this point?
http://happygeckosoftware.com/TA/
Speaking of A Tale of Two Wastelands, how well does this work with it? Do you see a lot of Armory weapons in the Capital?
Speaking of A Tale of Two Wastelands, how well does this work with it? Do you see a lot of Armory weapons in the Capital?
Yeah all mods that add stuff to leveled lists should also be added to the Capital Wasteland.

Then again, I just really like exploring.
Fallout: PnP Edition: Log 5: Chapter 5: Subtitle Fiv5 http://pastebin.com/NwQ9VfHR Wherein a car is sold, Renaldo almost gets a full-blown WAAAGH! to the face for trying to sweet talk our [del]orky[/del] super mutant shop keep, the Enclave is met and determined to be harmless, I turn out to write better than Bethesda's Fallout 3 writers, world-building information is distributed, BORIS is enlisted and becomes Private EAGLE, and the newly dubbed EAGLE gets a full paint job like the American Flag. All in all uneventful but fairly interesting.

I'm having a blast with 1.4 right now...and when/if I finish this toon I'ma get 2.0 and play it again :v:
Speaking of A Tale of Two Wastelands, how well does this work with it? Compared to Oblivion there is a pretty big lack of quest mods for FO3 and NV.
The ones we do have seem to be of fairly good average quality, though. Which is nice.
The creator of New Vegas Bounties is due to release another quest mod soon in his Saga (I should know I'm a voice actress for it :v:), and he makes some of the best ones for New Vegas.
You were still pretty much a slave at that point, you're not supposed to have fun, you're supposed to work.
Well, yeah, but that doesn't automatically mean that playing the game should feel like a chore for the player. (I actually liked the ingot collecting thing, though, exploring that huge-ass area was fun, and the rewards were pretty sweet)
I wasn't fond of it either. Matter of fact I'm not all that fond of the entire DLC. I usually glitch/console my gear through and rush through it if I do it at all.
