Any help? I really don't want to buy all the DLC separately.
The dlc will probably go on sale and you can probably save money by only buying the good stuff.
Its intentionally set up that way so that people with no experience in the franchise have an incentive to buy the ultimate edition. The people who are interested in the dlc because they've played the game are probably willing to pay more for more to the game.
I would suggest getting all of the story ones, to be honest. GRA and Courier's Stash are nice if you get some mods that spread the new weapons around, but the story ones are the big ones.
Ron Perlman doesn't turn down most work unless he has something else that gets in the way, and besides that he's voiced the narrator for every single Fallout game.
Yeah, but he is still a pretty big name. It isn't about the difficulty of getting these people, it is about how well known they are.
Your entire argument hinged on "Well they might not want to be associated with these new fangled 'video games' because it might fail!". Ron Perlman has been voicing the Fallout games since the '90s. He's been in Hellboy, Sons of Anarchy, that Looney Toons move with Brenden Fraser, and that God-awful Dungeon Siege movie. He doesn't care if it's big name or small name. He enjoys acting. He's been at it so long nobody is going to think bad of him if he's in a couple flop games, movies or shows. And if they do? Their loss.
Is there a good enb that doesn't shit on my performance?
Better New Vegas is legit one of the best mods. So much shit added to the map, and theres now a more or less actual city in comparison to the vanilla game. plus so many raiders.
Nothing like sneaking around a city filled with raiders at lvl 2 with a lever action shotgun and 30 rounds
I personally like the mod that opens up the city so its not built into sections, a bit more performance demanding but worth it to connect the strip together as well as the ghetto outside. Though my problem with Better New Vegas is it makes everything look too ruined and abandoned, New Vegas largely avoided being nuked to bits, the region has a lot of life to it. So when I see lots of ruined and abandoned buildings, I feel they should of been made into small communities, businesses, gang territory etc.
Expect to die constantly and never have enough ammo since the price of ammo is fucking insane in that mod.
this is a bit late, but most options are fully configurable - FWE's defaults are a tad on the tough side, but still IMO easy enough to overcome. I set it to the hardest settings they can be.

I don't see what your argument is. I agree with you. I am not saying Ron Perlman wouldn't voice act for games, I am just saying that he is a pretty big name actor and he does do voice acting. Many actors and actresses do. I was just giving a reason why some do not, but Perlman isn't included in the list of people who probably wouldn't do a game without being paid out the ass.

Nexus approves.
I'm only 10 hours away from 500 hours in New Vegas. and I'm actually really excited for it.
Is there any mod for New Vegas that adds a portable bedroll so you can sleep anywhere?

Lonesome Road has a bedroll kit.

Oh, really? I completly forgot about that! Thanks!
My game crashes more than a car in Russia. :<
Here is my list anything to red flag as the culprit? Also I tried Mission Mojave but it crashes on start up when I use the ALL DLC/Project Nevada esp

Your load order appears to be more mangled than a russian car crash.
how to Fix
how to Fix
Probably the easiest way is to run BOSS. You could then look up how load order works and order your mods manually. You don't have many so it shouldn't be very hard.
My sounds in Fallout 3 have been fucking up kind of often in dialogue lately. After playing for a few minutes, when I talk to people there's a bunch of weird static sounds in the background, and it makes it hard to pay attention. Has anyone had this problem? Can it be solved?

Pretty sure you should load the SWP40 Patch after SWP40 Pistols (whatever they are :v:)
Also, I'd tell you to use the nifty mod sorting thingy, but I'm not sure the Nexus Mod Manager has it. The Fallout Mod Manager is pretty widely accepted as being better.

Are you sure it isn't your speakers?

NMM works pretty well for Skyrim, but I've had nothing but issues whenever I try to use it with NV.

Take melee weapon, attack to the head, click click click until body goes boom. Also Dog can teach you a perk how to make them be 100% dead.

I don't know if it was because of the perk or something I found out, but I thought all you needed was a melee weapon to keep bashing at the body when it's dead until its limbs fly off, and they'd never get up after that.

Or you could just have taken Bloody Mess. If the ghost people don't explode into giblets by killing them, just use one more bullet on them and boom, problem solved.
Bloody Mess is stupid as a perk. It should have just been like a togglable menu option.
Bloody Mess is stupid as a perk. It should have just been like a togglable menu option.
It should remained as a trait like in the originals Fallout games.

Well it DOES give a 5% damage boost. :v:

Not that I ever take it
It should remained as a trait like in the originals Fallout games.
Too bad they removed traits in Fallout 3.
But New Vegas should have made it a trait, yes.
Also, I just started playing Fallout yesterday. It was actually quite fun, but I don't like the isometric style just because so much shit is blocked by walls. Is there a way around this (other then walking over to the point so the transparency shows up?)
