Found this on a forum, pretty much sums up the meaning of the code: 'KVNGR = Keyed Vigenére Cipher REV ALPHA = reversed alphabet PPS = PASS PHRASE VT = VAULTTEC So Keyed Vigenére Cipher with reversed alphabet and "VAULTTEC" as pass phrase. Then you will get: "THE INSTITUTE IS SEALED. I honestly cannot be the only one who sees this as terribly amateurish, right? The sight went down several times (albeit probably for maintenance) but the timer fucked up several times and all for just another encrypted message? All these mistakes shouldn't be made by a massive company and they deserved to be slapped if they somehow did. However, to me it just makes the whole thing look like a hoax.

So there is a town near the Quabbin reservoir called Enfield. At the towns final ball [B]Auld Lang Syne[/B] was played and it became part of Belchertown Massachusetts. Maybe its nothing but IIRC there was a quest in NV called Auld Lang Syne.

I don't get my game... I save in a wrong spot and after I load it, it crashes hard after a few seconds. Have to go to a further save. :\ [editline]poo[/editline] And now it gets stuck on the main menu. Wow, I didn't even mess with these mods at all and it never crashed once yesterday.
