Goddamn I really want NMCs texture pack but 3GB is ridiculous

Made a dude in NV, SPECIAL is 9181975, tag skills melee weapons, science and medicine. Basically this guy knows 12 different ways to shove this club up your asshole.

So I can run BF3,metro 2033, and heavily modded stalker but when I use any ENB for NV my GPS dies.

House destroying the BoS without any way to make him think otherwise is really what kills most people support for him. Without this does he really have any flaws that don't include his expansionist ambitions that every other faction has?

Are there any mods than change the karma? I find it dumb i get good karma for killing someone but then bad karma for stealing stuff from them once they're dead

Sure he's a genius but it's unrealistic to think he can foresee literally every problem Humanity can face in the future. I mean it wasn't exactly rocket science to guess China and America were going to bomb each other, so we can't even use his "prediction" of the Great War as evidence of him being able to foresee events reliably. Ultimately, the BoS are a bunch of tech fetishes who aren't really focused on helping humanity.
