My predictions for tonight on the VGX. Todd Howard walks out on stage, as the lights go low and a spotlight solely on him. Then the screen turns on to show a Fallout 4 logo as Todd points at it. "See that game? You can play it." And Fallout 4 is released the next day. ... Come on Bethesda, make it happen! :v:
I'd rather have it be Obsidians logo Todd walking out on the stage pointing at it "See that Developer? They can make it!"
-Never mind, solved the problem myself-
How?
more perks mods, you need 9 int for this one
Wow, Yes Man has such a sexy voice
So I did a bit of personal-modding to McCarran Music Radio: + All Along the Watchtower ( Hendrix ) + Paint it Black ( Rolling Stones ) + Diamond Dogs ( David Bowie ) + Space Oddity ( David Bowie ) + Summer In the City (Lovin' Spoonful) Any other suggestions? I don't intend to release it unless Generic.Monk arises from the grave and gives me permission, but I'd like suggestions/reminders of 'nam/70's era music I missed. General idea/theme is "Music the troops would listen to"
Well VGX begins in an hour, and while I have a good feeling FO4 won't be shown, we should at least keep fingers crossed.

No content? Maybe just an announcement. rainbow But I am sure that they are working on it somehow because it is a major franchise that was very succesfull.
Creedence Clearwater, they are from california, NCR is from california
McCarran already comes packed with 6 CCR songs. Rechambering a rifle to 7.62/.308 wouldn't require such massive furniture (especially considering that the R91 was based on the G3 already, which is a 7.62 rifle.) and why the fuck are those magazines so big? Also, that'd be considered a battle rifle (what the G3 is already, so 'assault rifle' is incorrect.) rather than 'heavy assault rifle'

What the FUCK is going on with the anatomy, perspective, and everything here? Also, using a trench knife for a haymaker like that would probably smash your knuckles. They were designed for stabbing only or utilizing the enemy's helmet to crack their own skull, hence the spike on the underside of the handguard. What the fuck is with their heads.

and next i bet 343 will start saying "nope we're not working on any haloz here" i mean what can bathesda be working on, Elder scrolls online is almost done, skyrim is done, they only have like 2 IPs

(Bloody Mess.)
when i shoot people with a high-energy plasma they turn into a pile of goo and if i hit them with a laser it causes a cascading burn that quickly spreads consuming the entire body equipment, clothing, and all into a pile of ash. oh also theres robots with brains for CPUs and somehow you can survive without your brain in fallout i wouldn't say fallout is exactly realistic

But what reason would they have not to pass Fallout to another dev?

All Bethesda Game Studios has to work on is Fallout or the Elder Scrolls unless they decide to make a new IP. Its highly likely they're working on Fallout 4, I doubt they'd want to make another Elder Scrolls so soon after Skyrim.
I'm sure they want to milk TES a bit now. But what reason would they have not to pass Fallout to another dev?
Because they own it and want to make it their second flagship RPG series?
So I tried playing a 1 intelligence character in Fallout 1. Good fucking god. Approach a Raider (paraphrasing here) "I am Garl, leader of the Great Khans. You must be looking for a job?" "Lorrk!" "This one displeases me. Leave." The game is unplayable due to my own retardation.
somehow you can survive without your brain in fallout
Not somehow. Its SCIENCE! SCIENCE with the power of TESLA COILS! THE COILS OF NIKOLA TESLA!
I'm sure they want to milk TES a bit now. But what reason would they have not to pass Fallout to another dev?
after fallout 3, the series hit mainstream audiences and they made oodles off the games and fallout and vault boy related merchandise new vegas was received better by those of us who are dear fans of the fallout series, but it recieved less financial success and lower scores; bethesda saves money by making the next installment completely inhouse, plus they get the added control they had over skyrim, and will polish the fuck out of fallout 4 (removing gameplay elements in the process) in order to simplify the game and reach the audiences they reached with fallout 3 bethesda is great at appealing to a large majority of people with their games, they are not going to risk losing that same appeal by giving away the ip they spent all this time and money and court trials trying to get
I thought it would be clear that I didn't literally mean New Vegas 2. I simply meant a game that is more like New Vegas than Fallout 3, so yeah, a 'New Vegas 2'. I'd much rather take the 'New Vegas 2' than 'Oblivion with Guns part II'.
Oh, okay. Yeah, I very much agree. I hope they do more to distance it from TES.

Also, that'd be considered a battle rifle (what the G3 is already, so 'assault rifle' is incorrect.) rather than 'heavy assault rifle'
Actually, the rechambering from 5.56 NATO to 7.62 NATO makes sense as they did it. A heavier barrel would be forged, a thicker-walled gas-port and tube would be required, and the more weight you add to the rifle the less felt recoil you receive from the nearly double case volume (28 grains compared to 56 grains). Also, the case dimensions would also account for the larger magazine size. The 7.62 NATO and the 5.56 NATO are noticeably different in their respective sizes. Also, the U.S. military does not define the M16 series as 'Assault Rifles' but as 'Battle Rifles'. Meaning that any firearm designed to be standard issue is termed 'Battle Rifle' to begin with, so that part I'll agree with you on.
Wait, if Hines said Bethesda won't be at VGX, then who is accepting Best DLC for Knife of Dunwall if it wins?
Wait, if Hines said Bethesda won't be at VGX, then who is accepting Best DLC for Knife of Dunwall if it wins?
It's all been an elaborate ruse. :tinfoil:
A couple questions then, If I install NMCs Textures for New Vegas will it carry over to Fallout 3 when using TTW? Or will I need to install those separately? And what's the best weapon retexture pack?
Right I'll ask again, any help?
