Where can I find it? Is it available from the start or something?

It would be quite funny if the turned out the whole thing was actually a real site from Bethesda the entire time. I know that won't happen though.

raiders usually carry them.
So in my continued adventures of texture modding I wanted to make my character have Cybernetic Eyes thanks to Project Nevada having them as a part of gameplay.

They're a lot scarier than I thought they'd be.
(Oh, also I replaced all the stupid lore-breaking art in the Liberty Loft mod with classic artwork, it really makes it a much more classy house to live in.)
i think Fallout deserves something more unique than just cyberpunky Deus Ex knockoffs. i'd try replacing the texture with Old World Blues style TV screens, like the Think Tanks have - just a picture of an eyeball with static distortion over it.
Fallout 4 could very well be in development after all!

Some pages back bozo. Plus we hate these images.
because it was already posted
and its pretty obvious it's fake.
Bethesda's writing may not be great, but its not that bad, and I highly doubt that they would add a talking protagonist.
And it doesn't help that it comes from Kotaku and they have a mysterious source that they can't say.
And it pops up right after all these fake Fallout 4 sites.

I hate to be all needy and shit but these crashes are really bloody annoying
I'm getting near constant crashes every time I load a new worldspace, I assume it's some lighting mod causing it but I've no idea, any help? It'd be much appreciated

I've heard others about crashes with the interior lighting overhaul, might be worth disabling those mods, fire up BOSS and check again fro crashes

That's my birthday! Not getting my hopes up for shit over this guy. No way, no how. He won't ruin my birthday.

Ah, no dice there, still crashing. And it's mostly happening when loading an outdoor area, as well.
Man Fallout 1 is fun as hell so far, Only issue so far is that the controls can be kinda awkward at the start; Right clicking is what action you want your character to do, From looking, shooting and looting.
Also the Visuals are extremely murky and it can be hard to see stuff sometimes, and yes I know the game came out in 1997

Hey thats the Date my Cellphone flat runs out.
I made a mod which makes empty cans & bottles weigh nothing so that I could collect them. (fallout 3)
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/19958/?
I made it some time ago and got to the point where I had filled my megaton house's bedroom with cans, to the point where there was about a 2ft tall pile of them shoved into the corner by the desk. I lost it when I got a new computer but I've remade it since I decided to reinstall.
I'm installing new vegas again so I can make it for that too.
If anyone wants any particular junk made weightless so they can collect it, let me know the name of the item and I'll add it in there too.
Deciding whether or not to reinstall and remod F:NV again. I think I'm going to keep an insanely light mod load this time around. Being that I have F3 and all its DLC, would TTW still be recommendable or is it too unstable/not worth to get functional?
I hate to be all needy and shit but these crashes are really bloody annoying
Usually when the game crashes when loading a new outdoor cell is because it is trying to spawn too many actors, start scripts etc, and just ends up committing suicide.
You might want to try disabling increased wasteland spawns. Even on low settings, it does pretty ridiculous things to the engine.
As far as I know ILO doesn't do much to outdoor cells, if anything, that could cause a consistent crash. I'm not particularly familiar with TTW so I can't really comment on any mod conflicts with that.

Oh yeah, And you'll also be seeing this picture quite a lot in the game;

Fallout 4 confirmed
[t]http://puu.sh/5Lvcm.jpg[/t]
The circle from ES:Online, the dog from the new Wolfestein and hopefully the safe means Fallout 4.
Edit: guys we can go home, after a quick search on google I found where the safe is related to.
It is from Bethesdas new game called The Evil Within :l

It could be anything. But i'll get a little hype
I like Tactics more than I thought I would.
there's a fire
fire burns stuff
atomic bombs burn stuff
fallout has atomic bombs
fallout 4 confirmed
there's a fire

i dont think atomic bombs actually burn anything
they cause widespread firestorms if used against urban areas though
i dont think atomic bombs actually burn anything
yes they do
fight me
i dont think atomic bombs actually burn anything
Haven't you heard the stories after the two bombs fell in Hiroshima and Nagasaki?
People, running around, their skin literally on fire because of the heat produced by the atomic bombs.
Anything that produces heat (atomic bombs produce loads of heat) can burn shit.
I like Tactics more than I thought I would.
It's kind of like Jagged alliance with simpler combat and more complex RPG elements.
i dont think atomic bombs actually burn anything
As far as I know an atomic bomb releases a massive amount of energy/heat that will result in a lot of fire and destruction.
yea, i didnt make the connection between energy and heat
oops
all this fallout 4 mumbo jumbo with all these fake args and files to fool people into thinking its real is starting to remind me a lot of the whole HL2 Episode 3 ordeals.
