Don't energy weapons have a -2 to DT in New Vegas?
A bit worthless since you can get a perk for shotguns that makes it -10 to DT.
also this sounds like it'd be pretty cool http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/54398/?
Don't energy weapons have a -2 to DT in New Vegas?
Depends on the ammo, I know optimised MFCs have -5DT and max charges give -10, and that's on top of what the weapon itself gives.
For all those who missed the original fallout and fallout 2 there's always Wasteland 2 coming soon. You know, the sequel to the game that fallout tried to copy?
I just watched a 45 minute video of WL2 yesterday, and it is by far my most wanted game of 2014. The guy who was playing it didn't know shit about strategy or old school games, so he had his two most important roles (damage and healing) done by one character, which he then sent first into battle with no cover. It really looks like a deep game with lots of options and exploration, and a lot of depth to the gameplay.
To be fair though, apparently there were many that were experiments but didn't fail, like the gambling vault, or Vault 101.
Vault 101 was a failure, I thought. It was supposed to be indefinitely sealed, but some preceding Overseer opened it and traded with the wastes I guess. Then Amata's father sealed it again, but only after a large amount of people left. Even the Overseer realizes that inbreeding would be a massive issue within only two or three generations. Even control Vaults usually ended badly because of raiders or mutant attacks, or internal fighting. And I'm guessing a lot of the control Vaults weren't filled up to a thousand people, like Vault 8 which had like a hundred.
A lot of vaults weren't filled up because of all the false alarm drills they had before the nukes hit.
A lot of vaults weren't filled up because of all the false alarm drills they had before the nukes hit.
The East Coast Vaults were a little more filled because they had a few hours after the West Coast was destroyed [editline]15th December 2013[/editline] I think

He's voiced by Jim Cummings. Winnie the Pooh is the fucking Master.
also this sounds like it'd be pretty cool http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/54398/?
I'd love to try this, but seeing as I have around 70 odd plugins (.esm and .esp, whatever you call them), I fear my game would die.
The East Coast Vaults were a little more filled because they had a few hours after the West Coast was destroyed [editline]15th December 2013[/editline] I think
well according to the logs from honest hearts, by the time of the war, people had just simply started moving into the vaults for good, so at the time of the attack there were plenty of people were there, its just some people were caught outside the vaults or did not get the warning, or didn't live near a vault and were killed. also there were people who had safe-houses built in the cave systems like the dude in jamestown
"Think think think" Willy nilly silly old abomination against mankind... The guy has a pretty big portfolio of voice-acting, from bit-parts to memorable characters.
It's freezing like hell where I live, so I've been walking around in knee high snow Fuck those NCR guys they haven't a goddamn clue what they're talking about. The Mojave is preferable. I'm hoping at somepoint in Fallout 4 there's some asswipe complaining about how cold it is, and his buddy will say something like "Yeah, almost makes you wish you were patrolling the Mojave!"
If they go up to Canadinia or Nova Scotia, probably in an expansion if the main game's in Massachusetts, that's probably how it'd go, although I dunno if the NCR reaches as far as the East Coast.
We'll never see Fallout Canada, because there'd be no guns and ammo. Only axes. Also, Yaoi Guai. FUCKING EVERYWHERE.
You know what makes that more interesting? He's voiced by Jim Cummings. Winnie the Pooh is the fucking Master.
And Pete from goof troop, and Cat from Catdog
If they go up to Canadinia or Nova Scotia, probably in an expansion if the main game's in Massachusetts, that's probably how it'd go, although I dunno if the NCR reaches as far as the East Coast.
The Mojave is the furthest east the NCR reaches. In the north they hold southern Oregon, in the south they've recently annexed Baja [editline]15th December 2013[/editline]
We'll never see Fallout Canada, because there'd be no guns and ammo. FUCKING EVERYWHERE.
I'd like to see Toronto in an expansion or something, as it's referred to as a considerable military power post-war, and it's close enough to Massachusetts to justify travelling there
And Pete from goof troop, and Cat from Catdog
And Psycrow from Earthworm Jim, though I've never watched that show.
What should I put on my New Vegas character so I can fist like Mike Tyson
What should I put on my New Vegas character so I can fist like Mike Tyson
Boxing Gloves
I've never played Fallout 1 or 2 before, which one should I play first?
I've never played Fallout 1 or 2 before, which one should I play first?
2 has more stuff and is a bit sillier, 1's atmosphere is better.
Finally made enough caps to buy the BOZAR in New Vegas. Having the Bozar and That Gun as well as Enclave armor makes me happy in ways I can't describe.
deathclaws suck
deathclaws suck
Not when you greet them from range with .50 MG hi-ex. sneak attacks.
Not when you greet them from range with .50 MG hi-ex. sneak attacks.
Or perfectly planted c4 of pure rape. [editline]15th December 2013[/editline] Also I've never seen or heard of the BOZAR. Where did you get it?
