started playing fallout 3 again after a long time. it's still fun as fuck ( even somewhat nostalgic ) also Three Dog is the best fallout character without a doubt.
I hates how Three Dog rarely ever talked about something other than you or your Dad. Still better than Mr. New Vegas by a long shot. That guy was such a creep.
It's freezing like hell where I live, so I've been walking around in knee high snow Fuck those NCR guys they haven't a goddamn clue what they're talking about. The Mojave is preferable. I'm hoping at somepoint in Fallout 4 there's some asswipe complaining about how cold it is, and his buddy will say something like "Yeah, almost makes you wish you were patrolling the Mojave!"
As someone who grew up in Arizona, +120 f (48ish C) weather, I can personally tell you that sweating after stepping outside for five seconds is no fun (I'm being literal). After a few years you get used to it, but having to change your shirt and undergarments so often gets annoying. I'm sure knee-deep snow is as annoying, though.
Nobody'd happen to have a copy of this mod, would they? It got taken off Nexus and it's really bugging me. [editline]lol[/editline]
Still better than Mr. New Vegas by a long shot. That guy was such a creep.
He just sounds like straight-up child molester.
I hates how Three Dog rarely ever talked about something other than you or your Dad. Still better than Mr. New Vegas by a long shot. That guy was such a creep.
Three Dog is a damn good character that Bethesda didn't know what to do with.
I'm playing fallout 1 and I got a dog following me everywhere. He was pretty good at fighting until his legs got crippled in a radscorpion attack, now he just tries to limp away from every fight. How do I heal his legs?

Speaking of FO1, it's really easy to break the economy by killing all the raiders in the raider camp and selling their deagles and armor for 800 caps a pop.
Doctor skill or using a first-aid kit on him IIRC. He had 50/50 HP when I tired, although my doctor skill isn't very high.
Fuck Dead money. I completed it once on an Energy Weapons character, and thought it wasn't too bad, but going through again on my Guns character, this is horseshit. Oh, you like using guns? Fuck you. You get a 6 shot revolver. You want ammo? Fuck you. The store doesn't sell it unless you had 75 science. I'm sorry I had the audacity to pick guns
I hates how Three Dog rarely ever talked about something other than you or your Dad. Still better than Mr. New Vegas by a long shot. That guy was such a creep.
I feel like I'm the only person that actually liked Three Dawg being a massive fanboy "You're goddamn right I'm every single news story, that's just how AMAZING I am"
We'll never see Fallout Canada, because there'd be no guns and ammo. Only axes. Also, Yaoi Guai. FUCKING EVERYWHERE.
id love to see the brotherhood of steel meet the mounties of the apocolypse and hash out all the old canada/US relationships
id love to see the brotherhood of steel meet the mounties of the apocolypse and hash out all the old canada/US relationships
If anything our troops would just apologize for all the radiation eh and apologize for the whole war and apocalypse and then give the brotherhood all their things
I'm playing fallout 1 and I got a dog following me everywhere. The doctor's bag is a reusable item that will increase your skill - just use it on the dog and you'll have a higher chance of healing limbs. If this all fails you can try hitting up a doctor. You have Doc Morbid in Junktown and a whole bunch of Children healers everywhere else. They'll heal you for a price and they might heal your party. I'm not sure about this though.
Still better than Mr. New Vegas by a long shot. That guy was such a creep.
Mr. New Vegas was a robot who always lied to you about putting on a fedora, what do you expect?
snip
I know this game's pretty old, but damnit.
Doctor skill or using a first-aid kit on him IIRC. Although at this point all you've got left is probably Horrigan or that one combat quest at the Rig.
I hates how Three Dog rarely ever talked about something other than you or your Dad. Still better than Mr. New Vegas by a long shot. That guy was such a creep.
Mr. New Vegas sounds like he really REALLY doesn't want to be there. He's boring to listen to.
What should I put on my New Vegas character so I can fist like Mike Tyson
hello
no nonononon i went through so much of this game without a crash, i finally get out of necropolis with their water chip NO gotta do necropolis again why
I remember the first time I played Fallout 1, I got so fuckin' immersed in the game I actually forgot about saving then I crashed in Junktown and my last save was back at like Vault 15 or Shady Sands [editline]15th December 2013[/editline]
Fuck Dead money. I'm sorry I had the audacity to pick guns
Am I like the only one who had like zero problems with Dead Money, apart from the beginning? Granted, I did cheat a bit by using the gasmask mod to walk through The Cloud without getting harmed 'cause that was just bullshit but I finished the DLC with a BAR and like 200 or 300 rounds of .308 (then again, I was using the Selective Fire mod and only fired it in burst mode :v:) and like 150 rounds of .357 for the Police Pistol Speaking of Dead Money, anyone who likes this DLC should watch "The Treasure Of The Sierra Madre" from 1947, there's quite a bit of references in the DLC to it and it's just a good-ass movie overall (also Humphrey Bogart with a beard)
Okay so In fallout 1 I just got a quest from a Brother Hood Of Steel member to find a member of the BhoS who was last seen in the hub; Where the hell do I find him I searched everywhere? Edit:
three dog just got on my tits, I never listen to the radio in f3
I see why you would hate the guy, he is quite loud and can sometimes be obnoxious.
Okay so In fallout 1 I just got a quest from a Brother Hood Of Steel member to find a member of the BhoS who was last seen in the hub; Where the hell do I find him I searched everywhere?
He's guarded by a couple of gangers in a building close to where you find Harold the [del]ghoul[/del] FEV mutant. Watch out, one of 'em has a Combat Shotgun and will tear Dogmeat (and you) to pieces if you let him. Pretty sure they open fire on you when you open the door to the building, so you should know when you've found them :v: (to get there, take the upper right exit from the Hub market map) Also, 2,277th post :toot:
Any news on that christmas radio? I'm putting off doing that Christmas quest mod till I can have some seasonal jams to accompany it.
Mr. New Vegas sounds like he really REALLY doesn't want to be there. He's boring to listen to.
Well to be honest who ELSE does Three Dog gotta report on? I mean he's doing the most interesting thing out there which happens to be you. Plus Mr.New Vegas is Robot.

Hurm. I'm on console I know PC is better but you fucking know what I fucking love laying on my couch and having friends able to watch
So... you had no problems with a DLC that you used cheats for. Hurm.
Plus Mr.New Vegas is Robot.
So? Yes Man and Victor speak like normal human beings. Hell, Mr House speaks like a normal human being! Mr New Vegas has no legitimate excuse to talk like he got lobotomized 5 minutes ago.
I know PC is better but you fucking know what I fucking love laying on my couch and having friends able to watch
Um Big-Picture mode was made for a reason
So? Yes Man and Victor speak like normal human beings. Hell, Mr House speaks like a normal human being! Mr New Vegas has no legitimate excuse to talk like he got lobotomized 5 minutes ago.
Mr House is (more or less) a normal human being, I like Mr New vegas, he reminds me of an old Grandfather just telling stories and then forgetting he told them.
There's an arms dealer up the street. Grab some respectable armor and a hunting rifle or somethin'
Okay I'll try that out. Edit: wish travelling to towns didn't take so long
