I resolved the issue with him (and it was in getting FOMod information :V)
I had it disabled so
How exactly did you solve this? My FOMM crashes whenever I attempt to add a FOMOD due to "Unexpected Last Known Version" from the info.xml.
Sounds like it may be a similar issue?

This is what I have under 'settings'. I told him to try disabling the latter two options and it resolved the issue for him - though his was a different error
Man, I'm really tempted to put together tale of two wastelands but then I'd risk breaking everything from fook-project nevada convergence

It shouldn't fuck with it.
Besides you can just disable TTW if it does mess it up
I KILLED THEM ALL

ALL OF THEM

Oh hey I think your name is just below mine on the watch list.
FBI WATCH LIST BUDDIES!
I do the same thing, except for relying on VATS. Even worse in FO:NV with mods since there's so much shit to craft, and I don't know off the top of my head what items are useful for crafting.
I use VATS a lot due to AWOP's tendency to dogpile the player every time they walk into a new area.

I'm probably there too, on my old save I killed all the people I could because I had finished most of the quests and got bored
Whenever I see random civilians its really hard to not kill them because I know I can 1 hit them with a ballistic fist and send them flying to the moon, its really satisfying
Yeah, but I figured that the modders would have made water more available in shops if they were going to nearly quadruple water consumption.
Nah, they're going for that !* super hardcore*~ desert survival feel that everyone in the fallout mod community seems to have a raging boner for.
no, you couldn't without mods or kill command (which I don't know if that worked)
Executing the kill command on an essential NPC just knocks it unconcious. You had to either mod in the killable children mod or use the disable command to teleport them to the fourth dimension to get rid of them.
I like the desert survival thing but it's so hard to find water bottles that I usually just resort to running to the nearest water source instead of buying water bottles.
Who do you think would win in a fight between a west coast BoS paladin, a east coast paladin, an Enclave soldier and a desert ranger?
[sp]Enclave soldier dies first due to both paladins gunning for him[/sp]
Once the Enclave soldier was dealt with, the two paladins would get into an argument about ideology while the ranger slips out for a drink and comes back to finish off whoever remains after their inevitable fight.
i wish this was in nv, it fits pretty well

you can set people as unessential though if I recall
I stock up on 10,000 caps to buy the Pacienca from Briscoe, only to find the mod seems to have moved it :c
why is klamath bobs mouth so big
So I'm trying to edit the properties of the Breathing Mask from Lonesome Road so I can wear it alongside other headgear but I can't seem to view any of the DLC items, besides the different rocket ammo types. I make sure that Lonesome Road.esm is ticked when I load up the GECK but I can't view any of the items, only the items from the vanilla game.
Any ideas?

Yes, it does, and it's going to be a lot more than 10,000 caps :v:
But it's worth it, instagibs like everything I've had to tussle with.
[sp]Check Camp Golf, if I recall Hanlon's safe contains it[/sp]

I don't really know what to tell you, so I just did this.
Try this. I made it use the nosering group, so this should? work. I haven't tested this, if it doesn't let me know
I was chased by talon company wearing reinforced combat armor and trail carbines.
I died until I hid a house and cried until I got bored and threw frag mines down the stairs to kill them.
I'm only level 4, TTW does it again.

Enclave would win, obviously.
[sp]There are Brotherhood members on the East coast?[/sp]

This is supposed to be a quest item, I can't pick it up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Unofficially people assume FO3 is for the most part not cannon though

Turns out this is a known issue in TTW, fix is here if anyone else has the problem.
what happens when you enter NVDLC04 into the filter box and click "all"
I tried this before but the only things that appear are the different types of rocket ammo (High Velocity, High Explosive etc) I'm going to look into it later.

I actually tried the exact same thing except I did it with the Recruit Helmet I planned on wearing with the Breathing Mask and it worked perfectly. I've downloaded the .esp you provided and I plan on using that the moment I get my GECK to display DLC content properly, thank you!
