After I finish my current playthough of Fallout 3, I am going to do a Tunnel Snake playthough. I wear the jacket the whole game, have the haircut, and only use 10mm weapons because that's all Butch will use if you have him as a companion.

I was thinking my special would look like this
Strength 8
Perception 4
Endurance 8
Charisma 5
Intelligence 3
Agility 5
Luck 5

Actually It was only until recently (like 1 week before the game stopped working) after years of modding it that I had to merge some mods for ESP limit.
