I had one install that took just 15 minutes, one that took 45, a botched one that took five and a botched one that took three hours.

I think I'll go for a melee only build next playthrough.

So, I started a new playthrough and got my sweetroll from old-ass Old Lady Palmer. Which made me start thinking, what happens to the people who die in the vault? Where do they put the bodies? Etc.

Tri-beam laser rifle fully modded combined with a high skill in energy weapons and the meltdown perk is insanely powerful in NV. I went into Ceasar's tent being vilified so I was immediately attacked. I stood in the entrance and just kept shooting at the chair Ceasar was in. Within seconds Ceasar was dead and the meltdown perk killed most other Ceasar helpers.

New vegas sure has great SLI performance, 2560x1440 = 15 fps on 2 GTX 670.

Makes most fights a matter of getting a line of sight on as many people as you can and then queuing one headshot each on them.
